The next month we contacted them ahead of schedule to let them know we had covid in our home to keep them safe. The next month they never showed or let us know that they were unable to make it. I was informed few days after scheduled date that a personal issue came up. I explained to them that I figured that this was what happened but would just like a heads up or notification that the service was unable to be met as we have things we need to do as well. I even congratulated them at that time for their personal issues. Then today it was 1030 I sent them a messaged just asking if they were still coming as one had to leave by 1045. I stated was just curious. An hour later I received a text back stating that we needed to find another pest control as they couldn't meet our needs. Never once did I get mad angry etc. Just was curious as if they were still coming and if they could give me a time frame. Very unprofessional in my opinion that a customer can't ask a question! Guess they don't need us small non business guys to run their "family owned business"

We called once again because we had ants coming into the house. We found out the ants were carpenter ants. Kent went all around the house on the outside to locate where the ants were coming from and where they might be coming into the house. He was able to find the spots and trails. He sprayed the entire house foundation and gave extra spray where the ants were coming in. We have not had any more ants in the house. Kent made a return trip out after the spraying to check on the results without charge. Kent is a very thorough with his spraying. I was asking a lot of questions and he took the time to answer each and everyone. Oh, he also went around the outside of the house and removed spider webs.
