Not everything is hot due to bulk cooking.  The first time the items were: fried chicken 65, chicken briyani, fried fish methi, mutton curry, fried gourd, raita, pickle, vadai, parotta, 2 gravies 1 of which is fish, pappadum, sambar, saffron payasam, white rice, buttermilk, parotta. They say they have 22 items in all. There's some variation (the second time they had pakoras). Some items may not come automatically (eg my neighbor ordered sambar, so I found out that was a thing). Buttermik (on request) is quite refreshing & cuts the chili. You get a bottle of water too.  The items are generally decent or good. Korma gravy was decent. Veg curry was good. Mutton curry had nice marrow but was super spicy. The parottas even when fresh were not that crispy or rich. The second time the parottas were even less crispy. They charge a service charge so there's no tipping. Service was quite good when I went alone (maybe as I was the only non South Asian) & they asked if wanted more & checked on me periodically.

Tasted even better the next day Za'atar Naan and Garlic Naan - The za'atar naan was such a revelation. Not authentically Indian, but fusion at it's best. I'd return just for this. Dessert Desire: Trio of Tiramisu Kulfi, Mango Sorbet, Gulab Jamun on a Chocolate Nest - the perfect way to end your meal. The mango tastes authentic and not like a store bought pulp. One thing that I did notice, in general, is that although the flavours are pretty close to on-point, the runny consistency (across the board) wasn't great.. The 'special chicken' where I was told was 50% cashew - that one made it on my 'again again' list - but only for the consistency.. I would have appreciated some slightly alternative than 'yellow curry' type flavour for the 'special' chicken.. And the biryani, (which everyone seems to order, per Radha) was good -- I ordered veg to get the flavours and it was actually very good.. and notably, I have got TWO biryani from different locations for takeout recently and they BOTH topped white rice on top, and I thought that was sketch -- Baghan gives you a FULL container of biryani, as ordered... high five. k gonna go finish this food as I have some work to do tn but wanted to toss up this 4* review for a place I'll prolly show up at again.. p.s. no LLBO license yet -- maybe drop the sticker off the door till it's good to go.. ;)
