The décor is beautiful and the restaurant looks stunning. Unfortunately, that's where most of the positives end. Food Review: * Lotus Stem Kebab - Terrible. When we politely asked if the music volume could be reduced because of our children, the response was shocking. One staff member told us, "We're all over Instagram. This is how it is. Didn't you know?" Since we could barely hear anything, we had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. She then said something along the lines of, "That's the point--we don't want anyone to hear." The dismissive attitude, facial expressions, and arrogance were completely unnecessary and left a very poor impression. A restaurant can have great décor, but hospitality is what brings guests back. My ratings: * Food: 1/10 * Service: 3/10 * Ambience (before the nightclub music): 8/10 * Ambience (after 10 PM): 2/10 * Family-friendliness: 0/10 If you're planning to visit with young children, be aware that after 10 PM the atmosphere changes completely into a high-volume party venue.
