As someone who's been visiting Toledo since college, I had no clue this was even here? From what the internet says, they've been open since 2004. They have a variety of nicer stores and restaurants to choose from with ample parking throughout. The place is clean, well maintained and easy to get in and out of regardless of what you're here for. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of experiences you could have here. Toledo is really trying to revamp their image and I'm glad this place is around. No more Franklin Park Mall for me! (unless it's Dillards, but that's rare.) Thank you to whomever put this outdoor mall here, as it's really a nice addition to a duller part of town.

I wanted to get my daughter some spring clothes and I knew Carter's was still open. It was depressing to see how vacant and run down this place has become. Carter's was very nice and there were other people in there shopping but the rest of the mall was a ghost town. I think there was only one other store open in the strip of stores with Carter's. Across the way was some sort of store that was closed for the day and a Dress Barn. I drove around on the cracked and pot hole road and found a Levi's outlet but that is it. Everything else is boarded up. I'm not sure how much longer the remaining stores will make it.

It's a well-kept area along with most stores and restaurants along one wide, divided boulevard main street with a few short side streets. Decorated seasonally. It has a few stores that I like and it's in between the Flint area and metro Detroit, so it'll do in a pinch if I'm in the Brighton area, which happens now and then. They have a varied selection of stores, ranging from Dick's and Barnes and Noble to J. Jill, Claire's, Pier One and Five Below, plus a whole lot more, in addition to a few decent watering holes and eateries. In truth, they have more restaurant options than I would assume they might at such a small-ish open air/strip mall. It's better than having limited options or eateries with excessive lines or a crappy food court with just fast food garbage. I like the Pier One store, but the Barnes and Noble is not my favorite B & N location, but it's still nice to have a brick and mortar book store in the area. This mall has a few shops that we don't have at home, plus a variety of others that we do. Other than that, the parking is adequate and the location is pretty decent and convenient, just off the expressway. I'd like to see a few more boutiques open up, but for now, the mix of retailers is decent, relatively varied and the options for food & drinks is great for such a small venue.

They have Best Buy, Dollar Tree, Dunhams, post office, health food store, Five Below, Bath and Bodyworks, Ross, TJ Max, Men's Wherehouse, Kohl's, Sephora, arcade, popcorn and candy store, video game store, furniture store, they even have the Secretary of State office to get your car registration updated! Oh and don't forget the Chocolate shop for those who are chocolate addicts. I come here from time to time and bring my kids here and they like the spinning doors, Five Below and Dollar Tree. If you're looking for a outlet mall type experience, Jackson Crossing comes pretty close, it doesn't have everything a full mall would have but they have enough. Horrible Santa Reservation System - Children Left Disappointed…read more I prepaid and made reservations for a 2:30 PM visit with Santa today at Twelve Oaks Mall for my 8-year-old daughter and her friend. When we arrived there were two lines--one for reservations and one for walk-ups--but absolutely no organization whatsoever. No one was actually checking reservation times, so people with later time slots could have easily been standing ahead of us in line for all we know. We stood in the "reservation" line for 25 minutes with zero movement, and when we finally asked, the manager told us they were still on 1:30 PM appointments and were not actually checking appointment times until you got to the front of the line- not sure what good that does. She even admitted things were not set up correctly and things were not running smoothly, but had no explanation as to why no one was checking times when putting people in line. We unfortunately had to leave because we had already waited with no progress and two disappointed little girls who didn't even get to see Santa. And after all that, they told me no refund was possible even though they clearly weren't honoring the reservation time I paid for. Very poor organization, very disappointing for kids, and extremely unprofessional to take payment up front without providing what was purchased. I really hope management sees this, because this was NOT at all the magical Santa experience we paid for. I would absolutely not recommend booking here based on today's experience.

Westchester Square Mall is a series of connected shops and includes outdoor paths between them. Included in the mall are places like the Omelette and Waffle Cafe, a stained glass gallery and supply store and many other small independent gift shops. One of the best things about shopping downtown Plymouth is that parking is a breeze. There are a number of large city-owned lots that are completely free, with time limits ranging from two to eight hours.
