We could not have been more impressed during our evening spent at this gorgeous Charcuterie Bar that owners Jeremy and Bridie have created . Cured just does everything right! Service was prompt, friendly and professional and the waiter was personable and knowledgable.
The recommended wine was paired perfectly with our sumptuous charcuterie board. It was abundant with Oozy Creamy French Truffle Brie, Silky Burrata, Delicious Terrine, Mouth Watering Duck Rillette, Fresh Artesian Pickles, Paper Thin Wagyu Bresaola and Pancetta that melted in our mouths and the Best Salami i've ever had!
