However, Joe still provided me with unsolicited advice & instructions on what I could do in the meantime if I decided to do it on my own now or then, and save myself some money in the process. They delivered all the materials, installed everything, and Jason kept us in the loop the whole way. Jason has been responsive throughout the project for questions and scheduling. The final design was exactly what we were hoping for, and then some. Jason made sure to find exactly the right plants we were looking for, and when I wanted to make a change during installation he was great about listening and making the change. Customer service clearly comes first with this company, second only to the quality of their work. I used the new (at least to me!) Yelp services feature to request a landscaping quote and had several businesses reach out to me through Yelp. We chose J.Earp Landscaping based on how they listened to us, a fair price, and availability. We are very happy with how the job was handled from start to finish. We will definitely contact Jason and his team again for any future hardscaping and landscaping needs. They were a pleasure to work with.
