They build a deck with the wrong materials, the Trex was so old it should have never been reused. The screws weren't correct and the spindles were to wide and not long enough. In the wind, some of the spindles weren't attached and they bang in the wind.They are a safety hazard because babies could crawl under and thru them to their death on the big rocks below which is about a 12 foot drop. They also didn't attach braces under the deck so it can easily fall down. The concrete patio they poured under the deck cracked from one end to the other in less than a week. We could only sue for the amount we paid them. After paying the lawyer to deal with them, we had less than 10k left. It's going to cost over 42k to remove and replace everything. Hire them at your own risk!!!!

I called out three other companies who said clean it, rebuild the crown, put new caps and it will be fully functional. I would never use this company.

They were all super busy, so getting it done soon wasn't an option. Luckily for me, it wasn't necessary.
