Unfortunately it was going to take 16 weeks to deliver. So I scoured the internet looking for deals and a shorter delivery timeframe. I called the store and spoke to Daniel, decided on the Wing office chair, leather color and wood stain over the phone. Paid the 2600 then waited and waited. Honestly, I was nervous after 5 weeks without any update on delivery status. After all, I spent a substantial amount on a chair I've never seen or sat on. So I called and was told chair will be shipped to the store in 2 weeks. I called again after 2 weeks and was told the chair was finally getting processed for delivery. A week later, delivery guy called to set up a date. I was leaving out of state for spring break so he made sure to deliver the day before my trip. It took over 2 months total instead of 6 weeks due to color being back ordered but the way things are going right now, a longer delay is to be expected. I would have given 5 star if they had called for an update. Hubby works remote and sits at least 7 hours a day. He loves his chair and no complaints of lower back pain anymore. Everyone was helpful and polite over the phone, good transaction overall given I never set foot in the store.

He was professional and so kind as he encouraged me to try numerous different types of mattress even though I loved the first one I tried. The mattress was an amazing price and Mohammad made it even better with a generous discount. He also encouraged me to visit my other two places to compare prices and experiences and that was so kind. I tried the others and came running back to Mattress Plus. Then the mattress was delivered on time by two very professional and delightful men who placed it exactly where I asked.
