As others have said, I can't begin to describe Chef Cal and his team but let me try. They are fun, passionate about their craft, professional, responsive and go out of their way to make sure your event is a success and that you and your guests want for nothing. I have NEVER EVER EVER had such good food that was catered. I cook and my home is the "go to" spot for holidays so this is a testament to Chef Cal and his team. Everything was flavorful and seasoned to perfection. We had chicken & shrimp tacos with a spicy aioli, fruit skewers, crispy royale oysters, grilled shrimp skewers with pineapple salsa, crab stuffed mushrooms, bronzino, truffle mac and cheese, green beans and rolls. For dessert, we had the Chef Cal's Doughtnut show and we had to stuff those in but they were so good. We also add his signature drink, the Smoking Watermelon which had people who saw it posted on my pages asking me for days what was it and how did he do it. Anyone who has parties know that food can make or break an event. Hire Chef Cal and you will be blown away! She had another lady to come to help and together they worked quietly cleaning up everything as they went.
