6/28/18- wow went for the Thai event . So much appy's From sushi, egg rolls , pot sticker more types of sushi . Never ending music was great. Pics of most of the guest being shown on a tv. They had us help plate and serve the guest . Beer and wine included. . The room was a buzz . Plenty of food . Smells good and and was good. It was a full house . All ages.

It's disheveled from the car ride but the food is healthy tasty and they are always organized !

The people are great and friendly . The place is very clean and spacious . I've eaten there and at catered events and they are organized , neat and the food isn't greasy and old tasting like some other catered events I go to at least twice a week. I would have an event here , they have there own parking lot and bumping AC lol

Was invited as a guest here for a Merrill Lynch Wealth Management dinner party by my Sister. I was told it would be an experience to remember, it actually was! It was like being catered to by a five-star restaurant. The interior is stunning, The tables were set beautiful elegant, Hors d'oeuvres and wine served as we arrived. The theme of the night was food and wine pairing, South of France wine theme. Hosted by a well-known Solminer , she also chose the four courses. Seats were assigned, with name placements. They have quite a few entertainment rooms, My favorite being the mansion like dining area, another room had a tiki hut with decorative items that make you feel like you're on an island, The other area is filled with mounted taxidermy animal , along with natural habitat displays.( not a fan of hunting..) but beautiful. OK let's get a dinner: First course was Panseared scallops with the fennel cream sauce and figs. My taste buds were in heaven haha, I was so delighted with this dish I had to come home the next day and create my own fennel cream sauce and have scallops again! The wine paired with this dish was perfectly balanced brought out the subtleties of the fennel, and wine cuts through the cream perfectly, paired with fresh, perfectly sweet fig. Excellent! Second course was Beef Bourguignon pot pie, was an inside out kind of pot pie served with the crust on top, The crust and the sauce was delicious but I found the meat that little tough. The wine pairing was perfect! Third course was tender roast lamb chops, i'm so critical with lamb chops because the one I make at home is fantastic, I was pleasantly surprised, absolutely delicious! Fantastic dish and wine pairing. Last but not least dessert! Classic Pear clafouti with Chantilly cream, Light, cool, refreshing perfect balance of sweetness and a delicious wine pairing. Overall my experience was fantastic, During dinner the dish was explained by the chef, and the wine Solminer explain the region and a little bit of history on the wines. Well hosted party, I would definitely recommend this place to host a special occasion. I wish they had a restaurant I could visit haha! I believe they have catering service.

I chose Hugh's as my wedding caterer and venue based on many positive personal recommendations. Taylor has been a pleasure to work with, and their food is excellent. I would definitely recommend their catering on and off site.

This was my second Time going to this event it was placed around French , we start it off with the champagne & you also could have wine or beer , Unlimited , also have a cash bar if you would like a mixed drink, So we started off we met Hugh , he is the cofounder hands on owner of this delightful Place. We had the honor of him sitting at our table and shared some really interesting stories about the water and people who've been there and events that had taken place here, OK so I'll get to the food totally Covid friendly table spaced perfectly servers dressed perfectly with double mask gloves and could not be nicer, we start it with a a Charcuterie board , with lovely variety of fresh fruits, jam, Brie, next came our hot appetizer which was in a shot glass beautifully set in French onion soup, very delicious cheese was out of this world so we moved on to our salad which was right out of France dinner table ! Dexter was our server who was a delight, very professional . he always had a smile , explained each course to us. So for the main course was thinly sliced fillet with a course the best fresh homemade french fries with a beautiful light gravy over it me tell you that meat was like butter they give you so much food I'm still full and it's the next day. And of course for dessert we had crème brûlée which was out of this world one of the best I've ever had the crunch was magnificent the flavor the creaminess I don't know I would just come back for that, so you will see from this post lots of pictures of everything I'm not good at explaining it every everything. I want to thank Chef Ryan, Chef Dean & all the servers !Your a great team , always make or night at extra fun time can't wait for the next one, oh I almost forgot they have a raffle at the door you can buy tickets which is very inexpensive and guess who won!!! Me,,, They have lovely choices but I chose their certificate to come back for another time for two people , any one of my choosing so we will definitely be back and we know which one we're coming definitely for in August when they have the lobster bake OK now on with the pictures oh I almost for hot Hugh also has a beautiful 84 ft Hatteras that he charters , if interested just call there main number

This is a cool place in an unexpected location. Amidst warehouses and sketchy neighborhoods, Hugh's Catering awaits. They have a full facility to hold events- I was recently here for a bridal shower. The event space is rustic and very well decorated. There's a huge kitchen (they also have cooking classes), a full a/v system, and a bar. The food catered at this event was delicious as well. From my understanding, it's a little on the pricey side. But we all enjoyed our even there!

Hugh's caters my weekly rotary lunch at the First Baptist Church. My diet consists mainly of a vegetarian/ pescatarian diet so one day I asked if it was possible to get a scoop of tuna salad with my vegetarian meals and now they make sure they have tuna for me every week! I really appreciate them for it. The chef and wait staff are extremely friendly and the food is delicious! I would recommend them for any lunch meeting you have!

She brought ponchos so we could continue on as it rained. It was beautiful to learn about and see this neighborhood through the eyes of someone who grew up here. Toni knows so much history and seemed to know so many of the people, too! The tour has so much food - I was honestly more than full at the end and I didn't even finish all of my portions. I think it was a really good range of drinks, desserts, and food. Even though that coffee cup looks small, that's a full serving size and it was strong! I really really appreciate that this tour not only accommodated for vegetarians but also chose options for me that were realllllly good. Instead of the cubano, I had these fried plantain cups stuffed with veggies. They were SO good and seasoned well! And the spinach and cheese empanada was also amazing. My friend who got the meat options also loved her food. This tour is the perfect way to learn more about Cuban history, the history of the neighborhood, see all the street art, watch a game at domino park, and experience some of the best food in Miami. I cannot recommend this enough!!!

I've been in North Palm Beach for seven years and been to many catered events that have all been good but so typical and predictable. Chef Kenny on the other hand picked a menu for 15 families of the Benjamin High School tennis team's annual party. Chef Kenny set up everything three hours prior to 6:30 dinner with no complications and everything ran beautifully. He was told about 40 people would come but we had over 50 and everyone, teens, kids and adults all well satisfied. Simple fresh healthy ingredients made up salads, little dumplings that must have been tasty because they all disappeared before I tried one! Other appetizers all delicious and well received. Soft tacos were Chef Kenny's pick for entrees that seemed a little risky to me, but he knows what works in these large outdoor settings. Luscious fish (didn't ask for species but was moist fresh flaky Grouper-like), chicken and other meats were ingredient choices for his "gourmet tacos". Sides of cheese, salsa, exceptional roasted red peppers and cooked onion were over the top and so simple and easy for everyone to take what they wanted served the way each liked. I never heard so many compliments for such simple fare that was so perfectly prepared and served. Largoasted potatoes were another simple food prepared and spiced to perfection by our culinary institute trained chef. Chef Kenny is best kept secret in South Florida in my opinion for such events, pricing was very fair, outdoor set-up, clean-up and break-down was efficient and well coordinated and didn't interfere with festivities. I don't know who recommended him to my wife, but I know who to call next time I'm having a little party and don't want any headaches worrying about the food not being great.

I totally agree with the review prior to this; I think this guy is a fraud. At the very least, he…read moreis a bully and incredibly unpleasant to work with. I know this first hand. It was my fathers 80th birthday. My large family rented a home for a long weekend in February. I hired Stu to cook one "special" celebratory meal, and to stock the kitchen. He stocked the kitchen! That gets 4 stars on its own, but what happened after gets a negative 6 stars. This guy was terrible. First, he showed up two hours early to our initial in person meeting the day before the big dinner. Being vacation, I lost track of time. I remarked that I didn't realize time had flown by, and I couldn't believe it was noon already. His response "it's 10am. I work on my time, not yours". This should have let me known all I needed to know about this guy. The following day, he showed up several hours early. He arrived before 7am, when he was supposed to come at 10:30. He let himself in, and went to work in the kitchen. Having 16 people in one house can get messy. Luckily I planned and had two full time housekeepers. We, the guests, didn't leave dirty dishes on the table after dinner. We discarded the food, and rinsed the plates. We did leave the washing to the housekeepers to tend to in the AM. Unfortunately for our early (very early, and unannounced chef) there were plates in "his kitchen". He referred to it as his kitchen. It was only his second time there. And he wasn't a guest. He was a well compensated employee for the weekend. Here's when it gets great. That same morning I get a knock on the door. My bedroom door. The door I was asleep on the other side of. This was around 9:30am. It was the chef! I didn't know it was him until he walked in. My partner and I were completely asleep 25 seconds prior. When I asked Stu why he was in my room, and if everything was ok, he started berating me for everything from leaving the kitchen in the condition it was in to letting me know how inappropriate it is to have a housekeeper bring me coffee in the morning. Had he arrived on time, the kitchen would have been sparkling. I won't even address the delivery of coffee, because it's my money that pays for the supplying of coffee, and the making of the coffee. I will have my coffee how I wish. After our two "run ins" I decided I would rather figure out how to make a dinner for 15 people on my own than deal with this person again. I dismissed Stu. But, of course, not before he could manage to make several threats. I am sure I will hear from this guy. What I said above is 100% true without embellishment. I have at least 9 adult witnesses (several lawyers, Stu). In hindsight, it was a little bit of entertainment. He managed to be the biggest drama in a family full of large personalities. But, far too expensive for the quality of the entertainment. I recommend the circus. FYI: this guy never cooked for me or my family, though he demanded several hundred dollars for his "services". My credit card company and I couldn't pinpoint any service preformed. Don't do it to yourself. Find someone else.
