Things happen, I understand that. But then I don't hear anything. That was on June 7th, almost two weeks ago. I've received nothing. No follow up, nothing. Two different employees ghosted me. Even if they didn't want to take on my project, they could have at least told me. They delayed us. Serves us right for not shopping around more. So far I have a chef's knife, a paring knife, a boning knife and I have an order in for a nakiri because I am tired of using my pastry bench knife to scoop up veggies after chopping them.
