    Okay, don't even try going to Planet 13.. the prices at Curaleaf are WAY better, they have good deals & the workers are kind/attentive. I wish we had gone here instead of wanting to see the "largest" dispensary in Las Vegas. It wasn't packed and we didn't have to wait long to check out and got some really good products! Definitely would come back!

    You can't beat their $59 half oz. Super great deal! I always do curbside pick up, but when I do have to go inside the wait is never long.

    I filed a formal complaint against this store employee on their website which is now The…read moreGreenlight Dispensary on Paradise Rd. Against Budtender #59778. Her name is Blu. Ha, go figure!!! She became EXTREMELY upset because I was questioning the cost of my items per her advising of my industry discount. She stated it was 50%. I asked her repeatedly and she stated the same amount however my total was not reflecting a 50% discount. She showed me the screen which showed 20% discount and an additional 5% because I'm medical and you cannot stack discounts. I asked again about the 50% that she stated. She became agitated. After our discussion she stated "Cookies is right behind us. You can ALWAYS go there!". I did not say anything. I paid for one 1/8 opposed to three because of her rudeness. After I paid I simply asked "What is your name and manager's name. She refused to give it to me saying she doesn't have to and that I was extremely rude. Rude for questioning your cost and my discount?!!! I don't think so. She proceeded to yell and degrade me at which time I returned the insults. As I was leaving she proceeded to follow me in a manner on camera that was in an aggressive manner, like she wanted to fight. I am in a walking boot. When she came around the cashier counter and proceeded to follow me, I repeatedly told her not to because it seemed she was trying to fight. As I passed the door she was still yelling profanities and I never spoke to the manager that "supposedly" was coming on duty at that time. The employee told the gentleman at the desk who was laughing smh to 86 me and continued to yell insults, made a heart symbol and told me "to kiss her ass" as I was exiting the store. The employee is the white girl, heavy chested, about 5"2 with bright purple hair. Highly unpleasant from the start, unprofessional and I felt threatened. That is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I have been patronizing this location since 2017. Much before you changed your name. I demand respect especially when I did not render disrespect. I would like a formal apology and a call from corporate.

It was about the lack of humanity and customer service I experienced from KJ. I was only 10 cents short, so I politely asked KJ if there was any way he could help. KJ immediately said no. I understand that sometimes employees have to follow policy, but kindness and professionalism are always a choice. What made this experience even more disappointing is that I am a generous tipper. Earlier that same day, I gave a stranger a $2 tip because they were short. On another occasion, a different budtender at another dispensary covered $6 from their own tip jar when I came up short. Those moments reminded me that humanity still exists. This was only my third or fourth visit since moving to this side of town from Henderson, and I was hoping to become a regular customer. Instead, I found myself walking out over 10 cents. As I was leaving, a complete stranger handed me a quarter. I went back inside, was rung up again, and completed my purchase. Ironically, a stranger showed me more compassion than the employee who was serving me. What stayed with me most was not the policy. It was KJ's demeanor afterward. The interaction felt unnecessarily cold, tactless, and lacking in basic customer service etiquette. There was no warmth, no empathy, and no effort to make an uncomfortable situation feel any better. That is what left the lasting impression. KJ, I encourage you to remember that many of your customers are medical patients. Some are dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, cancer, or other serious conditions. Sometimes people need compassion just as much as they need their medication. Zen Leaf has the opportunity to build lasting relationships with its patients, one interaction at a time. I hope KJ grows from this experience and remembers that professionalism is not measured only by following policy. It is measured by how people feel after they leave your counter. Ten cents was never the issue. Compassion was.
