Out of all the dispensaries in Vegas, this one is my go to for flower. They always have deals where you can pick up an oz of some fire 30%+ for $100. Most other places sell you low 15-25% for 100. The website is good as well because you can check out which strains have the better terpenes before you go in to make sure you get that fire. I don't see this dispo being advertised at all like the other disposable in town. For that, I'd say this is a hidden gem in my opinion. read more

At first, I thought this was a great family owned business with that real family feel when you walk in. However, by far the worst dispensary in Las Vegas. When I got to the counter, the guy with long black hair was the tender and he was the laziest person I've ever dealt with. He didn't want to show any of the flower, he didn't want to look up the terpines on the flower for me, then when I handed him my check out bag (we get points for bringing our own bag) he takes it and throws it away right in front of me. So as I'm checking out, I asked for a manager to come over and started to tell her exactly what was going on and how I was unsatisfied with the service I was getting, the guy with long black hair interjects our conversation to threaten me and say "You're lucky I don't come from behind this counter!" So we get into an argumen, security comes over and de-escalates the situation and then lets me know that maybe he's having a bad day and just to let it go and all will be fine. Mind you ALL OF THIS IS ON CAMERA. And the store was full of customers as witnesses. So I let it go, then I went back to the store several weeks later to find out that I've been banned from their store yet the employee was still working there! I spoke to manager and he informed me that he would get it fixed and his employee was wrong and he told me he would give me a call the next day. Well that call never came, I'm still banned and this disrespectful employee who threaten me is still working for them. TOO MANY OTHER FRIENDLY DISPENSARIES IN TOWN TO DEAL WITH THAT NONSENSE. I love everything about this dispensary. They are the only place (last I checked) that Carrie's Remedy brand. Remedy makes a CBD/THC extra strength balm for pain. A wonderful nurse introduced me to it when my late hubby was dying of cancer. And since, I've been using it and loving it. I also have chronic hives and this works wonders- Benadryl doesn't work, Remedy also makes other products that enjoy. In addition to the great variety of products, the store is clean and well kept, the staff are friendly, helpful and actually knowledgeable. They have a rewards program - who doesn't live free product? And I especially appreciate the delivery service. My schedule is hectic so that option is perfect for me. The 1 star reviews are pathetic. This is my go to neighborhood dispensary! It's 24/7 , has the best customer service (they are very personal, that being said they know their customer well!), no wait ! most of the time is fast, one of the fastest dispensary I've been to, they have late night deals 1am - 6am, and they got my stiiizis that I love as well as great selection of flowers, pre rolls, gummies, and you name it! Yeah prices are pretty much same as other dispensaries but they have good deals daily. I would like for them to have like a special customer card as I go like 3 times a week or like local deals ... something like that! That would attract more people too. The owner also is a great friendly person who sometimes is at the store and will greet you if you there. So sweet! Maybe like industry discount or local discounts... and that would be amazing! Honestly had the worst experience coming here with the customer service. The first time I came it was very great and very knowledgeable bud tender. Now today around 8pm was completely different, the man in the register with colorful nails with cashier number 25054 at station 3 had terrible service. He didn't greet on how to help us or what we're looking for. He just stood there and stared the whole time. When asked about what are the best strains to recommend was vey rude and didn't care we were even try to get our medicine.
