So honestly I was a regular here for like 2-3ish years and I absolutely ADORE Josh and another girl here (pink and greenish blue hair with glasses) but everyone else is either pretty rude or creepy. There is a very flirty guy that works here who made me super uncomfortable to the point that I had to time when I walked in just right so I wouldn't end up at his register. Made comments about my body and specifically pointed out my flare pants saying they did me justice and I haven't worn them since because of it. I purposely would avoid him and try to time my interactions so that I wouldn't end up at his register. The employees aren't even the problem at all though. I stopped going to Jade for SEVERAL different reasons; The main being the fact that they are absolute scammers here. They have the card reader now but I NEVER used it there because EVERY SINGLE TIME they ran my card, the total that they charged me would be OVER AN EXTRA $6-8! (YES! DOLLARS.) of what was reflected on my receipts. I understand that there is the ATM fee but it states that it is $2.50 or $3.50. $7.63 is NOT an ATM fee (yes that was the amount of extra charge reflected on the last bank statement compared to the receipt given to me by Jade.) Not to even mention that the actual ATM fee was already accounted for on the receipt, the extra $7.63 was ON TOP of the fee already listed. This happened 5 or 6 times before I caught on, I know I should have been more proactive with making sure but I didn't really think that I was being robbed by my neighborhood dispensary so I never thought to verify the amounts and compare them myself. I went in about this AND called about this 3 times and was basically told by both the manager and two other (very rude and clearly inconvenienced by my presence) employees after they kept telling me to "come back tomorrow when the managers in" and basically "yeah we can't help you. Sorry" with an attitude that it made me uncomfortable to even be there. I kept these receipts and took screenshots of my bank statements showing the difference in the amounts and I showed the manager my bank statements from my banking app WITH the receipts in the store and they blamed it on my bank.... LOL BRO WHAT. Called my bank and they said "the merchant decides the amount that you are officially charged. We don't have any undisclosed hidden fees". OKAY THANKS JADE :). Anyway; So I just let it go because lately, I like to choose peace over crashing out because that's never good for anyone. But, THATS NOT EVEN THE MAIN REASON!!!! The main reason is because the products are horrific and they never have anything. Joints were always stuffed as little as possible and burnt super fast because they were not rolled properly. Weighed a 1G preroll at .063, flower is ALWAYS dry and DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT EVERRRRRR get a cartridge, disposable or ANY concentrate products here. I have tried every single brand, weight and type of cartridge or disposable that they have had for the past 2-3 years and they will run out by the next day. I only smoke to sleep and I'd be in Jade every other day STILL! Pretty ridiculous now that I shop elsewhere because I MAYBE go to the dispensary every other month or so now and I wish that I had never gone to Jade because now I realize that not only were they quite LITERALLY STEALING FROM ME DIRECTLY by overcharging and being DECEPTIVE WITH THEIR PRICING ANDDD RECEIPTS; They were also stealing from me by causing the illusion that I'm some crazy pothead and I smoke so much during THE ONE TIME A NIGHT that I do smoke; When in all reality I was just dumping thousands down the drain by shopping and being loyal to a scamming dispensary. The only thing that I do NOT regret from Jade was the experience that Josh and the other girl with glasses and pink/blue hair (if you're reading this ily and I'm so sorry I KNOW your name but I suck so I can't think of it but you're so amazing!!) gave me because I really did absolutely LOVE visiting with them and if it weren't for them I'd literally crash out on and then sue this place for quite literally stealing from me. Every one else?? Yeah I'm not impressed. You guys act like you can't stand to breathe the same air as the rest of us and you honestly need to just go work from home and spare everyone else the dread of interacting with you and being intercepted by that draining energy. Sorry to say that like that but ya know..... Tis true. THE ONLY reason I'm giving this place TWO stars is because they have 2 megastar employees. Outside of that I rate Jade a - 5k because that's probably about how much money I lost shopping there. They are pretty nice in here however they have a lot of moldy weed. I got a half gram of hash rosin and it had mold in it and a worm, not joking. I let it go. Than last week I got a disposable pen and there was mold growing on the mouth piece as well as an insane amount of dust. This facility does not have quality control so I can't recommend them. read more

First time visiting the location on Sky pointe, and it was the best dispensary experience I've encountered, it's truly appreciated to have been served by the super kind staff that was on shift (8/31/25 evening) . Girl who worked on 11/17 was rude, didn't care to show any attention or knowledge once I presented an "industry" card or discount of some sort. Was looking for a flower price or deal and didn't share anything other than what was on an IPad. She just brought up the menu and gave us the iPad to look at. She didn't care to help show any deals, tell me about the flower info or anything. Treated us like we were some cheap discount paying clientele and really didn't care to service us. I went in looking for a wax pen disposable the day before my birthday and I ended up going with what they recommended "premium thc it will be better than the last" they then said they'd throw in the battery for free.I was like "SWEET a deal" We get home hit it once and the battery is completely fucked, the wax burned my lip and leaked everywhere same thing the next day after. It was a stizzy. I was gonna bring it in to replace it then realized they only gave us the batter for free because it was shit and to be "sold" as a promo only, I work full time on the strip and just wanted a decent few hits until I could get an actual new rig. Furthermore couldn't just come on in and replace it when I saw that it was faulty. they aren't very nice there either. When I told guy I was getting birthday weed all happy he said to wait my turn and basically chill because it was his birthday that day. fuck all y'all. Do better. read more

I have been going to Jade dispensary for about six months daily now. I recently discovered that they have been robbing people and not letting you know or don't have any signs posted at the Skypoint location about them keeping your change. I have only ever went through the drive-through every day for at least six months and not one employee has advised me they're keeping my change. One of my receipts one day the total didn't seem correct to me so I decided to add the numbers on the receipt myself. This is when I discovered all of my receipts had deceptive totals and my total and let's say my total after tax etc etc was 20.80 the receipt read total $21.00. The receipt has deceptive figures every single one of them for months which I'm just discovering!! I have over 50 receipts reflecting this. When I brought this up to the manager on shift in the drive-through at the Skypoint location on June 8, 2025 at 6:54 AM in the morning she proceeded to get rude and tell me it's posted on their website. Advised her that means nothing to someone who has never been on the website. She advised me it's on the receipts I advised her I have over 50 deceptive receipts and that their receipts do not reflect this at all. She advised me to come back when the lobby opens to talk to a different manager. I advised her I'll be back and I drove off. She screamed you are 86th as I drive away. Which I would have never known or heard because she didn't tell me directly, during our conversations but screamed it as I drove away. I was only able to catch it because it was on video when I played the video back I heard her saying that. There was no reason for her to 86 me and the only thing that did was add fire to flame and she should have used water and put me out with a simply apologize and a store credit or something and letting me know the rules moving forward and I can decide lf I still wanna shop there with the new information. But instead she got sassy so he we are and this ain't nothing compared to what's coming legally. This will not be the last of this company hearing from me. I will take this all the way to the top. If that does not work I will gather other patriots and I will be bringing a class action lawsuit. Saying "it's posted on the website" will not hold up in court especially when you didn't take my money through the website. somebody has to agree for you to keep their money if it is not agreed between two parties it is illegal and blanket statement like it's posted on a website won't mean anything to a judge. Not to mention the receipts being extremely deceptive and not having the actual total if the receipt had the actual total reflecting the fact that you guys are keeping people change then that would be a different story. Went in 4 days ago and bought a disposable pen. When I got home I noticed it didn't work, first time having this issue. I was a little upset, but with work I wasn't able to go in for 4 days. Unfamiliar with the return policy I was a worried they wouldn't exchange it but when I arrived Staff was very welcoming and the manager was amazing. I explained I was new to smoking and new to their location, for 4 weeks, she helped me out a lot, explain all types and products of thc. She exchanged the pen and also recommended what to start with since I wanted to try other products:) amazing and value of products seem good prices from what I seen around me. read more

Great dispensary. Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful here. If you're not sure what you want, the budtenders have great suggestions. They also deliver and have a drivethru if you don't want to go in. Good selection, great deals. Highly recommend this location. read more
