If you're going to rush customers and act like they're wasting your time for simply shopping, that's bullshit. I walked in ready to spend money and walked out because of the attitude. On the day of our last purchase 3 of the 6 spots were taken by customers that were inconsiderate and were using the pick up spots as close parking spaces. We also came at a slow time so there were many empty parking spots very close. We never had this problem when we shopped at Total Wine near Phoenix. Maybe this issue can be fixed?

I waited for assistance while the store made repeated announcements, but no one ever showed up. I even went to the pharmacy counter twice to ask for help and was turned away both times. The store wasn't busy, so there was no reason for the delay. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I left and went to CVS across the street and finished my purchase in just a few minutes. I understand the need to lock up merchandise, but there has to be staff available to assist customers. Otherwise, it just drives people out of the store. After 30 years as a customer, this experience makes me seriously reconsider where I do my business.
