Someone goes on a ladder for us if we want something that is up too high. We also never have to wait too long in line to check out. We like this store but- There is only one thing that isn't perfect. Every single time we shop here inconsiderate shoppers park in the Total Wine Pick Up Spots. Often there are four or five of the pick up spots being taken up by inconsiderate customers. On the day of our last purchase 3 of the 6 spots were taken by customers that were inconsiderate and were using the pick up spots as close parking spaces. We also came at a slow time so there were many empty parking spots very close. We never had this problem when we shopped at Total Wine near Phoenix. Maybe this issue can be fixed?

Juices, mixers, snacks, glasses, etc. I truly love the ability to browse their entire selection online and easily and quickly place an order for pickup. They have great descriptions of the items online including the flavors and tasting notes you can expect in wines and champagnes. Once you arrive at the store, just click the link in the confirmation email or text and the staff bring out your order. One negative - I really wish staff would enforce the parking spaces that are labeled for curbside pickup only. Invariably some or all of these spaces have been occupied by parked and empty cars (clearly not people doing curbside pickup orders). I got home recently after getting a pickup order and found the staff had placed an incorrect item in the order. I drove back to the store, and the manager quickly corrected the error. I also love their rewards program where you can receive $5 rewards and other perks for being a loyal customer. I recommend Total Wine for all your alcohol needs!

It was delightful to listen to her french accent which also provided a little bit of linguistic training on accurate pronunciation of certain terminology. If one is looking for something fairly specific, it'd be best to call ahead of time. Prices are going to be a fraction of the cost of purchasing at the casino, so try not to succumb the latter. Another big bonus is the fact Liquor CIty is open extremely late, up until 2AM on most nights. This alone is clutch for anyone needing a booze run at night and clutch for DIY drunkenness. Customer service is solid. The guys behind the counter were great about answering questions on the spot and were quick to point out availability in their tight inventory.
