The prices for swimwear range between $150-$400 for a one piece and $80 for a bikini bottom and maybe between $120-$200 for a bikini top. After placing the order, due to an error in their system, I was told that one of the items was actually out of stock. Fine, no problem. It was disappointing though since the item was part of a matching set, and I was not able to get refunded for the other items. So I picked something else out that was similar and chose to pick up in store. Arrived at the store where my items were ready to be picked up. Got them and left the store. Turned around after 5 minutes cause I looked in the bag and wasn't happy with the quality of that item I had to replace. Store associate wouldn't let me make an exchange for another product, because of store policy, which I get. However, I wasn't told that sales were final in picking up the items. So word of caution to others. Store associate was dismissive and condescending. Disgusting behaviour to say the least. Obviously not the acceptable in any sales role, much less one that caters to personal products. You should train your employees to be more respectful of your customers. On top of that, after returning home, one of the items was damaged. Emailed the store which pointed me to the manufacturer. Stand by your products or don't sell them.

I clearly explained my boob situation prior to engaging in a fitting and was told, in writing, that what I was asking for was absolutely doable. 2. At the first fitting, prior to payment, I again described exactly what I needed and was assured again that it was possible. 3. While the bra is custom sewn for each client, you must select from their existing styles. That was not made clear. A bespoke bra should be just that. Not a modified version of one of a few available styles. 4. As we continued to discuss my particular boob challenges, their solution was to stitch in a bunch of small pads (they only carried one size and type of pad that would only be effective for women with smaller breasts). This made for a very lumpy bra and those lumps were noticeable through my clothes. My husband asked me what was wrong with my boobs. Yikes. 5. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I asked if we could just do what I originally asked for (and was told was absolutely possible) but this time, post-non-refundable-payment, was told, "We don't own that kind of machine." Had I been told that the two times I asked about it before shelling out $800, I wouldn't have purchased the service. 6. Because they only use one kind of pad, which was too small for my breast size, I had to purchase a variety of pads for trial and error. That added even more cost to the bra. My assumption was that a bespoke bra company would have all the sizes and shapes necessary to accommodate their clients. That was not the case. 7. Ultimately, I have an $850 bra that I will never wear. It's uncomfortable. My boobs fall out the bottom of it. I'm constantly having to shift them around. I have ended up using my leftover pads and a $14.99 bra from Walmart to create my own bespoke bra that is more comfortable than any bra I've ever owned. I made it very clear in all of my written and verbal discussions exactly what I wanted and was told it was possible. Apparently, it was not. And now I'm out almost a thousand dollars.
