I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received at the…read moreCampbell office today. Although I was technically in the wrong location based on my home address--which corresponds to the Mountain View office--I explained that the Campbell location is much more convenient for my workplace. The representative at window 12 was incredibly understanding and assisted me with my Medicare application with great patience. I was assigned ticket number D62, and I could not have asked for better service. I wanted to share this feedback to ensure her hard work and professionalism are recognized. Thank you again for the great experience.

They lie. They act like they want to help you, but in the end, you get nothing. But they're very…read morekind. What I can't understand is why they call mentally ill people up on the phone and ask them to explain their side of the story. What the heck? They want you to be all nice and cheerful as they're getting ready to yank your disability check. What is wrong with you? Also, if you become the payee for any grown-up and there's any problems they're gonna make you pay back the adult who got the money. you will be responsible to pay it back. And then they'll ask you to explain why you shouldn't have to pay it back. absolutely the most backwards group of people I have ever encountered. The problem with the whole system is the people who call you up and ask you to explain. They get paid to giggle as you try to wiggle yourself out of their jam. Then they deny you, and then the process just goes on and on, and on clogging up the whole system stealing the taxpayers money. They need to stop denying people. they need to grant their disability which they're gonna get in the end anyways and stop wasting money on the process. billions of dollars is being wasted on the process, and the poor judgement of the people left in charge of the judgments. Pancakes sounds good right now.

Quality/Quantity - High rating as we had so many good memories here. And good to always come back…read moreto the "old" neighborhood. Some fun facts from the internet: "Named Sunnyvale as it is located in a sunny region adjacent to areas with significantly more fog." "Sunnyvale is one of the few municipalities in California to have a single unified Department of Public Safety, where all personnel are trained as firefighters, police officers, and EMTs, so that they can respond to an emergency in any of the three roles." "Sunnyvale is the birthplace of the video game industry, former location of Atari headquarters." (Am I outdating myself, lol). Things to do in Sunnyvale: Farmers markets, parks/trails, "Murphy Ave," etc. Atmosphere - 22.78 square miles, 0.72 of which is water. Population = Almost 156k (2020 US Census). Next to/near San Jose, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Mountain View, Milpitas, etc. Approximately an hour to San Francisco, Oakland, Gilroy, Santa Cruz, etc. Home to: Apple, LinkedIn, Google, Amazon, Meta (Facebook), Walmart Labs, 23 and Me, etc. Service - Good. Sunnyvale is a terrible city now. The quality of life is extremely low. Neighbors are constantly…read moretrespassing, competing, and throwing shady looks. Public shaming has become extremely bad and a huge issue. No matter where you go, people will throw passive aggressive jabs even for asking a simple question that can in no common sense way be considered offensive. I've also endured a lot of racist and judgmental interactions by minorities, which I think is pretty hypocritical. It's like no one has any decency or a sense of civility anymore. Every time I go outside my house I am getting traumatized over and over again by reckless drivers, rude employees in stores and medical offices, and pretty much any interaction you can think of. I get laughed at by random strangers who literally don't know how to mind their own business. It feels like I'm getting mobbed.
