It is a unique concept with unique flavors that I am very glad I finally got to try. If you don't know, Ashta is an Arabic icecream flavor that is usually topped with (optional) pistachios and Turkish cotton candy (called Ghaz Al Banat) This ice cream is often referred to as stretchy ice cream, hence the term 'Booza' I've been meaning to try Damas Booza and I'm so glad I finally did. We got there when he was still opening up but Wahid was so welcoming and kind. You can tell he's very passionate about his business. Along with the Ashta ice cream, we had some Turkish Sand coffee and Turkish delight bites and biscuit au chocolat bites. Everything was so authentic. Absolutely delicious!
