First time I came here on a Saturday afternoon and waited about 30 minutes for a table of two. Only two of their cakes were sold out, so I guess we got really lucky! The second time I came on a Sunday afternoon, and 70% of their cakes were already sold out. They still had the seasonal Winterland Mille Crepe at least, so I ordered that one (although it was also sold out by the time we left). The Winterland has Oreo sprinkles on top and three layers of cream: Jasmine tea, taro, and hazelnut. The crepe had a lovely light and airy texture. I really enjoyed it! Personally, I'm not sure if the long wait and the fact that things are constantly sold out is worth it, especially since their matcha latte was average at best. My tip: If you get a cake, I would opt for unsweetened matcha.

Nothing against butter cream, they should not be called Red Velvet or Carrot cupcakes unless they have real cream cheese icing. Butter cream is cheap and not worth the calories. Ten to Three Bakery is the first place I found that actually serve cream cheese icing on their cupcakes. The cupcakes taste good. The size is standard cupcake size (they also have mini cupcakes available). The presentation is good. The interior of the cafe is pleasant, spacious, and clean. The staffs are friendly in general. English menu is also available. Recommendations: - Red Velvet Cupcakes - Tea with 2 scones combo (it comes with jam and mascarpone cheese spread). I sent to Perfect Pastry an email inquiring about the possibility of making a custom birthday cake with a specific layered interior filling, and a custom inscription on the top of the cake, and a card. Nermina responded the very next day with detailed information and a price. Even with a nine hour time difference Nermina was extremely responsive, and detail-oriented. I was also able to request a specific two hour delivery window. The cake arrived at my in-laws' apartment exactly on time. The cake was visually beautiful, and the filling was exactly as I had requested. My wife and her family reported that it was one of the most delicious birthday cakes they had ever enjoyed! The cake was indeed perfect, and so was the experience in terms of inquiring, ordering and executing.
