The only negative is that some people feel that they can park in front while using facilities & are not told to move their cars. The absolute fucking worst!!! If it's one thing I hate, it's a dirty business with broken machines…read moreand poor customer service from the rich owner that's ok taking peoples money and providing not a damn thing worth anything!!! It took me a while to write a negative review because of the ONE nice young lady that I met the first time I came here. However, I don't care anymore, I'm not giving these people anymore money after the terrible fucking shit show I just had to endure today!!! First of all, FIX THE MACHINES!!!!! CLEAN THE PLACE!!!! Apparently, the owners are vacationing in Maine while the laundry mat is operated and supervised by the fucking community who has to use this piss poor facility!!! I normally do full service, but ever since the girl who does full service has not responded to my messages or returned my texts in 2 weeks, so I am washing things myself. Last week, a cigarette butt in my dry clothes!! (NO, I DO NOT SMOKE) This week, apparently the machines are OFFLINE, so you cannot use your credit card. Well, that was a super convenient find after putting all my clothes in the machines and pouring my expensive ass detergent on my clothes AND in the machine... for it to not work at all!!! So then, I searched high and low for cash, I had $5 only and 3 loads of clothes. So, I washed one load that already had bleach in it... the rest of my clothes went back into my laundry bag WET from detergent and the wet ass washing machine!!!!!! I contact the owners... no answers!!! Three different numbers and no answers!!! I sent a text... the response was so unprofessional and lackluster that I am definitely never coming back here!!! Again, I hate poor customer service! You'll never get my money again!! All the time, you'll have to dry your clothes SEVERAL times because the dryers don't work well at all! Most of the washing machines have sitting water, mold and debris inside of them. I don't care if it's independently owned or family owned or whatever... you would have no business without customers!!! Like why should anyone have to tell you that!!???! - VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Hate laundry....LOVE this place…read more The machines are fantastic, and I love that a wash here sanitizes your laundry (on cold). The dryers WORK (if you know, you know). My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. All of this plus card readers on the machines make my laundry trips SO much quicker than before. Staff is super friendly too, and I've used their wash and fold service in a pinch. 10/10 recommend. Decent price. They really take care of your laundry like it's their own. I travel out of my way to come here because it's truly the best laundromat I've ever been to. I'm in and out and my clothes are clean! That's everything I want.

I never thought I would leave a review for a laundromat but if you're going to support a business: this is the one. Every single person I spoke with was absolutely helpful and friendly. It made my time go by quickly on an otherwise very stressful day. I have a washer and dryer at home for doing the routine stuff, but I bring my big stuff like bedding and towels, and really stinky stuff like my dog's blankets, because the industrial machines just get things cleaner quicker. It wasn't dirty per se so it's hard to see much difference but it looks clean and was nicely hung on a hanger. It was $26 though I found a 25% blankets coupon on their website. I recently had a similar sized throw dry cleaned in Tolland for $12 so this price feels awful steep. Most disappointingly, when I dropped off and picked up, both staff members were not wearing a mask when I walked in. Mind you, it's also a laundry mat so people were inside. When I got to the desk, they pulled it up, under their nose. The woman was folding clothes very nicely on the counter I was at. No mask, no gloves, didn't see her wipe anything before she serviced me or went back to clothes. No plexiglass or divider either. I'd be livid if my clean clothes were folded on the public cash register counter with no safety precautions. I'll be leaving my blanket in it's bag for a few days. I will not return and tell friends to go elsewhere. Very disappointed, especially for the price.
