The only negative is that some people feel that they can park in front while using facilities & are not told to move their cars. Most of the time It's a chore to have to double park to unload my dirty laundry. The restroom is also disgusting with no paper & running water.

Well, that was a super convenient find after putting all my clothes in the machines and pouring my expensive ass detergent on my clothes AND in the machine... for it to not work at all!!! So then, I searched high and low for cash, I had $5 only and 3 loads of clothes. So, I washed one load that already had bleach in it... the rest of my clothes went back into my laundry bag WET from detergent and the wet ass washing machine!!!!!! I contact the owners... no answers!!! Three different numbers and no answers!!! I sent a text... the response was so unprofessional and lackluster that I am definitely never coming back here!!! Again, I hate poor customer service! You'll never get my money again!! All the time, you'll have to dry your clothes SEVERAL times because the dryers don't work well at all! Most of the washing machines have sitting water, mold and debris inside of them. I don't care if it's independently owned or family owned or whatever... you would have no business without customers!!! But Parkade is bright, clean, comfortable, and most of the machines are working most of the time. The staff there are helpful, very friendly, and professional. Sal, the older Italian guy who's always there, will instantly become your best friend and talk your ear off. I have a washer and dryer at home for doing the routine stuff, but I bring my big stuff like bedding and towels, and really stinky stuff like my dog's blankets, because the industrial machines just get things cleaner quicker. I've never been disappointed with either the results, the experience here, or the setting. If ya gotta do laundry in a laundromat, this is about the nicest place you'll find in the greater Manchester area.

Renee had such great things to say about the owner so when I met her, I could see why, and in turn Debbie had great things to say about Renee. I highly recommend this 24 hour service to you. I'd be livid if my clean clothes were folded on the public cash register counter with no safety precautions. I'll be leaving my blanket in it's bag for a few days.
