She had another tooth infection while we were waiting for a procedure, and they were able to see her the same day. The staff is friendly. Their scheduler Vickie is so sweet and was able to bump us up twice on the cancelation list for her procedure. The only thing I don't like is that there is no after-hours or on call line for questions, but that's more of a luxury than a requirement.

Dr. Koplow and his staff are the best dental practice I have ever been too! I have 3 sons and ages…read more2, 9, and 15 and my middle child has some bad luck with his teeth. Dentists have always been really judgemental and make him feel bad but Dr. Koplow actually listened to my concerns and my son's fears. He made my son feel relaxed even though he was scared and when we had to return for a second appointment he didn't give me any trouble! The main receptionist, Branda is so patient and sweet. She is what every resptionist should be!!! The office is decorated as if you are under the sea and my 3 year old loves pointing out the fish and as he watches movies on TV. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Koplow's office!!
