My rating is based on convenience and ease of use. My mother…read moreis in assisted living and Fort Lewis Pharmacy is the pharmacy her facility uses to fill her prescriptions. I haven't had issues with her prescriptions, but I do have issues with the billing. Living a very busy life I don't have much time for paperwork and out of date payment options. Especially snail mail. Basically everything I pay is an ACH paid directly out of my checking account, or in this case, my mother's checking account. Everything else that comes in that is not a scheduled payment , like Dr bills, I pay on-line in the evening after work. I can't do that with this company. I have to write a check find a stamp get it to the mailbox (down the street) and mail it, knowing it takes a week or two to get to it's destination. Keep in mind it took almost two weeks to get the bill in the mail after they mailed it to me. So, it's going to be paid late every month. I don't like that. Please hire someone to create a website for your business and take payments online. Please make it convenient to give us the ability to pay on time. I know I can pay over the phone but you're closed when I have time to sit down to pay bills.

He doesn't have any employees so he always answers the phone, makes the appointment, and appointments are always super-quick so your time is not wasted. He does not file with insurance and although he is not in my employer's network, I gladly just pay out of pocket to avoid all of the chaos and nonsense that I've found elsewhere (and I have been to most ALL of the others)! Choose Dr. Jessee for all of your eyecare needs - he is a gem! (Please note: he will give you a receipt that you may use to be reimbursed for your exam and your prescriptions. Also, he does not order contacts but your exam includes a pair that you can wear for one month - I just always make sure that I place my order with an online company quickly as shipping for bifocal lenses tend to take a bit longer). You also have the option of going next door to Walmart to order contacts and glasses if you wish.
