The BEST part of Culver's is their fruit coolers. The food is pretty tasty... But, the coolers definitely take the cake... I drove through the drive-thru before 12:00 on 6/11 THANKFULLY, there was no lines yet given it was almost 12. I got a raspberry/blueberry cooler size medium for $5.69 Which isn't half bad at ALL. Especially, since the fruit is fresh frozen... Unfortunately, they only have the coolers from May I believe? Til after August if I'm correct? Until then I am going to enjoy these slice of heaven drinks. That definitely cool U down. On a hot and humid day.. Which seems like they FOREVER:) Thank U Culver's.. !!!U TOTALLY RULE!!! read more

Growing up in the Midwest, I grew up on Culver's, absolutely the best fast food burger you'll ever get I would say better than Five Guys since you can get a patty melt here. And onion rings, which I love to put a couple onion rings on my burger. It is an absolute must. The service is always so exceptionally wonderful and friendly at every Culver's that I've been to. The interior tables are always very clean and someone is always there to help you with your tray when you're done eating. read more

if you don't mind getting nickle, dimed and feeling old sure go for it. today I ordered pretzels and cheese. they charged me over a dollar for an extra cheese -I didn't order. luckily I asked for the receipt. by time I got home and noticed my peace of being able to eat was disrupted. I called in and they said I have to come all the way back for refund. I rushed to eat. got there with bag and receipt. the cashier goes "you gotta tap card again for refund like all refunds" I'm over here like omg I'm 34 and never once in my life have I been asked to tap card again like everywhere does it. now I feel old. on top of having to go all the way back over cheese I didn't ask for. very poor management. not to mention the first worker goes we don't have snack size shrimp. I politely said that I always order that. I won't be eating here again. I literally had to pay in time and gas just to bring a cheese back that I didn't order. read more

First time I've visited this place, the location I went to was clean and well lit, the staff was friendly and attentive, not your usual fast food joint. The food was actually good and it tasted fresh. Will definitely return. read more

Hey Culver's. What happened to your cod fish dinner? I always loved it, but the last two times I ordered it, it changed. The fish portions are smaller and the fish is mushy and lacks flavor. Did you change suppliers or something? $15 seems like a lot to pay for a fast food fish dinner of poor quality. read more

Culver's is our go-to for late-night cravings. Food's always solid. Only had one issue--one time a new guy dropped my onion rings, so I had to wait a bit. Then they forgot our drinks, but I called and my husband picked them up with no problem. Mistakes happen, and they made it right. Still love the place! read more

The wait time was obviously long. Went to try the curds as I heard of them from many a coworkers. They were good, the burger was...a burger. Never returned even though I am in the in area frequently. read more

I had passed the place on 4th st many times and wondered how another fast food place could compete. Well I'll tell you how: by providing delicious food at reasonable prices with a siincere and happy staff. Their grilled chicken was superb. It is sort of like McDonald's in that you give your order to the kitchen and they give you a number stand and bring it to you when it's ready. It is clean and tidy and we will be back read more

Who are we kidding? Best fast food burger out there. Service is always great at every location. Chicken is arguably better than Chick-fil-A. I've spent a ridiculous amount of money on their burger and cheese curds! With that being said; bring back the curd burger!! read more

Great cod fish dinner or a sandwich. Really enjoyed both as I went twice in one week. Two filets of cod come with dinner and two sides. One side was broccoli florets. Great idea expect mine were cold. Ugh. I got onion rings with the one filet sandwich. Wonderful. Finished off the meal with custard ice cream with chocolate syrup. Yum. This is a really nice fast food place to go. I would go again next time I'm in town. read more

I'm from Chicago area and family in Wisconsin! I love culvers food and frozen custard!!! Cheese curds to die for!

So food was excellent, first time trying Culver's and it lived up to the hype. Only issue and reason for the non 5 star is because we ordered drive thru and when we got home we found out meals were missing that we paid for we should have gone through the whole bag before leaving but didn't because it's Culver's and have only heard good things. read more

I like to go to this restaurant because the quality of the food and the service but today was the exception, was too sad to see the food how disappointed and the way how the meat was cooked , today Today I would have preferred to go to the ugly one read more

Showed up to Culver's and waited 35+ minutes to pick up my uber eats order. Window employee refused to give me my food, saying I had to go to the front, even though I've been getting my food from the window. Got my food and it was completely wrong. 0 STARS if i could give it that. read more

Only went for the concrete mixer and thoroughly enjoyed it! Got Vanilla with brownie and salted caramel! Quick service and easy.

My husband and I dined in for dinner on a Monday evening. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean. Our butter burgers were perfect with great flavor and fresh toppings. The chili cheese fries were delicious and their root beer just hits the spot. Will definitely be back to this location. read more

Ordered for curbside pickup @10:30. 20 minutes after waiting I go inside to see how much longer the order will take and two boys were clearly goofing off and didn't see a large bag with my order had been sitting behind them. They only gave me excuses "I didn't hear the thing ring" "yeah neither did I!" I didn't express any frustration but they could tell I was upset. They avoided any eye contact with me and did not apologize even though I clearly walked in on them not doing their jobs. 3/24 @10:50 pm I work in restaurant so I'm pretty understanding, however, I watched five cars come through the drive thru and get their order before me. I also saw employees being unprofessional and unaccountable for their actions which is the worst! Do better guys! read more

Absolutely amazing burgers, staff, restaurant, drive-thru. Everything is the best from here. They have some of the best burgers, sides, deserts, and equally as friendly staff compared to Publix. Their staff and food never disappoint. read more

Great burgers, grilled chicken sandwich and fries! I don't eat fast food often but we decided to use the drive through for a quick meal. There is a ton of items on the menu. It can be overwhelming looking at it. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and my boyfriend got the burger with fries and cheese balls. The chicken sandwich was better than I expected. It was grilled right and the bun was buttered and tasty. I loved the burger even though I wouldn't be able to eat a whole one because they are very very greasy and heavy. The fries were crisp and good. I would pass on the cheese ball fries. They weren't that flavorful. I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the line and wait of the drive thru was very long and slow. It took more time getting our meal than if we walked in (I would think). Overall, they have decent food for a quick grab and go meal but it is a bit pricy for fast food. read more

I love Culver's, , it's family owned farms providing the ingredients , food is always great. Best burgers and the fish dinner is my fav. Cheese sauce and chili cheese fries. Been eating at these for years and am always pleased. Definitely my go to fast food read more

Cheese curds were good as always , I also bought a butter burger, as I only live 1 minute away, I opened it up at home,?and it was cold, cheese wasn't even melted? So ? Glorified lunchroom food. Will never go back. Greasy and no flavor. Zero chicken in chicken sandwich, just crunchy batter. Onion rings - raw inside, burnt outside. Great food! Love the concrete mixers. Jacob especially paid attention to detail and made sure my curbside order was exactly as I had ordered

I stopped by for a root beer float as an afternoon refreshment. I couldn't be more disappointed in what was handed me! Almost $4 for a cup filled 3/4 full of root beer and what appears to be 2 tablespoons of melted cream! What IS this?! No spoon needed! When I approached the "manager" I was informed this is "how it's done" and to "enjoy!" Culver's has lowered their standards and I won't be back. Consider this my farewell gift. read more

Why on earth is this place rated so low? I have ordered out twice here and it is expensive as **** but absolutely delicious. Both times my food has arrived promptly and still hot and fresh. The burger is moist with toppings. I don't even like cheese on a burger but I get it here because it's so fresh and melty. I believe all dairy products used are fresh from Wisconsin. The fries are the crinkle cut variety and while there could be more of them, they are hot, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy. Order a "Concrete Mixer" which is a shake. I get chocolate with Oreos and brownies mixed in. Addictive! The chicken tenders are unsurpassed in quality. They use Ken's dipping sauce which must cost them more but it makes all the difference in the world. Get the blue cheese it's like eating chicken cordon blue. My one complaint is that they do not fill up the container of mashed potatoes and gravy. Again do not hesitate to order out from here I think it's highly unlikely you will be disappointed. read more

I have only gone for custard & curds so far so this review will get updated. I also went when they had been open less than a week. They had managers there from other stores assisting and the line moved quickly (inside). Everyone was friendly. We ordered two single scoops of vanilla and they gave us double scoops or what appeared to be double scoops. I also got an order of cheese curds - it was a mix of cheddar and motz cheeses that are deep friend like little nuggets. The cheese is warm, but not melted. I liked it. If you join their club they give you a free scoop coupon which is nice and ask for your birthday and you can have all your family in one club account which is helpful vs having like 5 accounts. I want to try other menu items as well. Enjoy! read more

We're going to call this one "Lost and Confused in the Culver's Drive-Thru. As a Tampa Bay newbie I have never had Culver's so decided to check out the new 4th St location on National Milkshake Day. Apparently everyone else in the city did too. The drive thru was 8 cars deep when I arrived (and about 15 when I left) so the joint was hoppin. My first suggestion, when you have a drive-thru that long, have an initial menu board so people can figure out what the heck they want before they get to the intercom. Second- I was there for the ice cream. The flavor of the day wasn't listed - it was hard to figure out the combinations for the concretes. Online there are a dozen Milkshake options (malts, etc) the drive thru menu listed vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Now- it could be that all Floridians have committed the menu to memory and I was just confused as a newcomer, or it could be because this location just opened, who knows. When I get to the window, they read the wrong order, some slight confusion ensues and I'm given an order number tag to put on my car door. Now I'm lost again. I pretty much assume if I go through a drive thru that you're handing me my food at the window, particularly since I only had 3 milkshakes. NOPE! Everyone has to pull around and wait. Baffling. Anyhoo, 17 minutes in total to get the shakes and be on my way. The shakes are tasty. But probably not worth me sitting thru that crazy drive thru line again. read more

The first time I went to a Culver's in the Chicago area I was wowed! I have been to the St. Pete location on 4th St. several times but the last couple times I used the drive thru I have been gravely disappointed. Both times they served me a double burger which I didn't order and tonight the burger was so salty I couldn't eat it! The shake cannot be used with a straw--too thick. Next time I'm gonna choose another burger place. read more

First, a friend was confused about why they call them "Butterburgers." It's simply because they butter and toast the buns. The burger patties are not cooked or dunked in butter or anything like that. They put out a decent burger here, reminding me a bit like Steak 'n Shake, but the burger patty is slightly bigger. I enjoy cheese curds but find Culver's to be mostly breading and less cheese than I expected. Some reviews complained about the price? Check your mailbox for coupons. I had a coupon for a BOGO burger and added a large onion rings (it was big enough for 3!) and the total came to just under $10. Diner beware, this location can get crazy busy during peak dining hours. Overall, I'm glad to have another choice for a good burger in our area, enjoyed my meal, and will return... read more

Was looking for something quick so I decided to try this place. The drive thru situation is interesting. I ordered and then they told me to pull up to the left side of the building and gave me a number. Well I did that but as it turns out I went too far. I think a more clear explanation of where you are to pull up should be given or have a sign somewhere. The food was good, the grilled chicken sandwich had a good flavor and the cheese curds were hot. They didn't say they would charge more for a substitution so there's that. There is ample parking and outside seating. The staff was friendly. It's def not a healthy alternative except for the grilled chicken. All in all a decent place. read more
