Culver's offers a huge menu! I stopped by this joint for a quick dinner after flying to Wisconsin. The staff were friendly and completed our order quickly. if you go to this particular Culver's, check your drive thru order for accuracy. Two times in a row we were shorted major items. Called them when we got home to report the error,asked for the general mgr. Nate, who was not on sight and asked he call me. I was assured by an assistant that he would call me. Never did. They handed me my drink and it was dark outside, the lid was covered in my drink and I didn't realize and took it and drank it. Fast service at counter. This Culver's is very clean. I'm trying to keep the calories as low as possible which is difficult at a Culver's. Got the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich with fries and a drink. The price was right. At a Culver's, you order and usually get a number to put at the table. I'd say the place is half full and the wait for the food lasted about 5 minutes. Not a long wait. The crinkle cut fries were hot and lightly salted. The cod sandwich had some shredded lettuce, some tartar-like sauce and a little bit of cheese. The toasted bun is oblong so the fish sandwich doesn't stick out of the side. The cod was tender. Pretty good sandwich overall. Parking: located off a major road in a side area. It had its own parking lot so parking is easy. So, I'm happy here. Come back: sure, when I'm in the area. read more

I love Culver's but need to express concern because of today's experience. Got there just after it opened after 10 am. Husband wanted a chocolate malt. They made it and gave it to him and it was all sloopy. Usually it's hard to even get through the straw because it's so thick. He showed it to them and they said it probably was because of "old" custard in the machine and she could make some fresh. Husband didn't want to wait so got his money back and left. Wouldn't you think they would have made fresh custard before they opened? That they would always start with fresh custard? read more

Okay, I will start this by saying that they were super busy tonight and the girl running food out to the cars was hustling. We ordered a short chocolate shake and an order of fries and asked for ketchup and salt in the bag. The girl brought us our fries and I told her we were still waiting on a chocolate shake so she ran back to get it. She hands it to me and I had to tell her they hadn't given us a straw so she ran back and got that. We got back to our hotel--no ketchup or salt in the bag.
