great food, great service, great ambiance! went in the other day and got a 4 piece tender. let me tell you it was yummmmyyy!

It smells like they should use less cleaning products. Other than that, this place is one of my 5 favorite fast food places.

Not worth the hype. Culver's employs a ton of marketing in their restaurant claiming to use high quality ingredients. "Farm fresh this!" and "Farm fresh that!" This is all a cover for the fact that you're paying eight dollars for a paper thin, smashed patty burger that you would normally find at a ball game. The burgers alone are good, but the amount of meat you get is a joke. Restaurant that smash their parties do so because it makes a minuscule amount of beer appear to be more than what it is. They also slather the burgers in mayonnaise. Of course you can hold the mayo, but generally burger joint that use mayo as the primary condiments do so because a fatty, oily sauce covers the lack of flavor in the low-quality, dry beef patty. Decent food, but it's not worth waiting for. The restaurant is usually brimming with kids and soccer moms running all over the place. The staff seem generally unhappy to be working there. Finally, they don't out any utensils out. Seriously? I have to ask an unhappy worker just to get a fork? Weak. read more

I popped in here just for dessert and their menu looks delicious. I will have to try some next time. The bathrooms and the store was really clean, and the employees were really nice. The dessert we we was plain lemon ice and a pecan fudge sundae. Both were really good read more

Not impressed, tbh. Food was simply OK. My order was incorrect, not hot, and I was overcharged, but that's not affecting my food review. First time going into Culver's just for the frozen custard and it was worth the stop. The flavor of the day was cookie dough with a chocolate and vanilla swirl custard and let me tell you, they did not skimp on the cookie dough. So good!!! All-star food and service. I could live and have lived on their Crispy Chicken sandwich. Their butter burgers have been rated the nation's best for a reason...they are the best...alhough I do miss California's In-N-Out burgers as well. Great customer service! The orders are always accurate. Plus, it's all made fresh! I love it when I pull up to the drive thru and each time I am pleasantly greeted with, "...welcome to Culver's! What can I make fresh for you today?" And, the wait is never long. Everybody is just so courteous and professional. I love this Culver's location. Not sure what's wrong with the management team at this location. We tried to go eat here for dinner and despite plenty of signs saying the dining room is open until 10 tonight, the crew apparently decided to shut down 2 hours early. I know everyone wants to blame shoddy service and management on covid but this seems like good old fashioned poor leadership. read more

An update, short but sweet -- I'm no stranger to Culver's; I've had it as a kid several times when visiting Wisconsin, years before this opened in Greenville back in 2012. Aside from the soda machine running out of Diet Pepsi on our recent visit, I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I usually get a double butter burger topped with cheese and bacon, along with their signature cheese curds. I would also recommend their concrete mixers with chocolate ice cream and 2 topping of your choice (I like having Oreos and Butterfinger pieces in mine) So, if you're craving fast food while shopping on Woodruff Road, drive on over to Culver's and get a butter burger & cheese curds. Came into Culver's with a friend to have some treats on a Friday evening and had a pleasant experience. This was my first time at any Culver's establishment. Clean restaurant with uniform seating. I had a difficult time deciding on what to order and the cashier was friendly and patient with me. She helped me decide on which custard to purchase. I went with mint and brownie. Oh my goodness! This place is one of the best fast food joints I have ever been to! First off, the staff is very courteous and attentive. My wife and I were well taken care of by our server and cashier. They wished us a good night as we left and it seemed like everyone was having a good time at work which directly translates to how you treat your customers. There are many different things to chose on the menu. They have excellent burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fish. I had a butter burger when we went and it was fabulous. I would have to say that it was on par with Five Guys but better. Their crinkle cut fries were perfectly done too. They offered just the right amount of crisp. If you have never been to Culver's before I would definitely recommend trying the cheese curds. They are so delicious. The only thing that I would improve is to make the parking lot have a little better lighting and they need a location closer to the middle of Greenville! read more

Staff is friendly but the food is never as good as you hope it to be. It's pricier than other burger fast food places and does taste great but be prepared to pay a lot of feeding your family. They do run specials and have coupons in the mail sometimes so that's usually when we try and get some of those awesome cheese curds. read more

I would generally give them 5 stars but due too a couple bringing a dog in a stroller and sitting at a booth feeding it inside is repulsive. There is a time and place for our four legged companions but not in this case! I spoke to an employee and nothing was handled about the situation so I had to eat in my car! They refused to fix our order after we asked them 3 times if they made them triples before we payed. Then we get our food and they're singles and the singl we had we asked for no tomato and it had tomato on it. They refused to fix it saying we had to pay more because they're employees couldn't do it right the first time. Awful service! read more

We went to Culvers yesterday for lunch. I was told by my mother-in-laws husband that this place has the best burger in the country, so I had to check it out. We went on a Saturday at 11:30 and walked into a shit storm of soccer brats. There were about three teams holding their end of the year trophy ceremonies at the restaurant concurrently, so we were sandwiched between rowdy 12 year old co-eds and rowdy 10 year old co-eds. Yippie for us! The staff did a great job getting people through but one thing did irk me. Every time I ordered something off the menu, the guy taking the order would interject with some question that, if he had waited 4 more seconds, would have been answered. Por ejempleo: Me: I would like the double bacon cheeseburger combo w.... Him: do you want the combo? Me: yes. I would like fr... Him: what is your side? Me: fries. I just want lettuce and t.... Him: is lettuce tomato onion pickle okay on the burger? Me: no. Just lettuce and tomato. Him: did you want that on the side? Me: no (did I say "on the side" you jack wagon?) Him: anything else? Me: yes. I want the garden salad with ra.... Him: do you want chicken? Me: no. I do want Ranch dre.... Him: what kind of dressing? Me: Ranch, on the side. Etc etc etc You get the idea. The process could have been MUCH smoother without all of the interruptions. The food was okay. My burger was dry and the chicken tenders were pretty awful. They tasted like they were fried with the fish nuggets. They were greasy and didn't taste like chicken. I guess if you want some greasy, non substantive food to shove down your kids' throats post match, this is a good place. We aren't going back any time soon. read more

I was disappointed. I have never eaten here before, so I thought that I would give it a try. I am a healthy eater. There is a limit on anything healthy. There are salads and soup though. They have a picture on their menu of a veggie soup that looked delicious; however, when I ordered it they said they don't have it, they only have chili and Wisconsin cheese soup, neither which I would eat. I ordered the garden chicken salad instead. It wasn't terrible, but not that great. The chicken looked and tasted highly processed. I would have rather eaten a Chik Fil A salad. That said, I did have two bites of my daughter's small caramel cashew ice cream, and it was pretty darn good. Not worth 900 calories to eat alone though . A friend mentioned this high-end fast food (good food quickly!?) and I had to seek it out. The Wisconsin-based chain has a few locations in the Southeast and I hope more come. I opted for a Sunday dinner of beef pot roast, salad and mashed potatoes and gravy. It was very tasty. I came in peckish and my lone complaint would be I left not full. The custard was very good, too. On my next trip through the Greenville, I will likely try the burger. UPDATE: second visit had burger with everything, crinkle fries, cheese curds and root beer. I don't drink much soda, do the RB was good. Fries were good, but not exceptional. The burger was good but maybe was overpowered by condiments. Cheese curds? Absolutely love this place. I've had sever of their burgers and my favorite is the double deluxe. Unlike Five Guys which is also delicious, the Culver's burgers have much less fat which leaves you feeling full and satisfied but not sluggish or bloated.
