This is a great option for fast food. I've visited this Culver's many times and so far they have never made a mistake in my order. It's also much better quality than many other fast food places. Not to mention, it has a lot of great options for kids. I would definitely recommend trying this out. Went here with my family and it was a quick and tasty meal. I'm sure it wasn't the healthiest but I had the buffalo chicken tenders with a Reese's concrete mixer and thought it was very good. Overall I'd recommend this place even though the servings were a little small for my liking. read more

My first and last visit to Culver's. My workmates and I decided to try Culver's because of the reviews on Yelp. We were very disappointed with the quality and price of our meals. We all ordered the value pak pot roast combo. I'm not sure why this is called a value pak as it cost $8.64 a ridiculous price for the amount of food we received. However only 1 running most of the time wait for the food was more than usual and to get my husband's coffee we needed to remind the servers x 2 at least. Shouldn't take this long to get a burger. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, and seeing food delivered to several tables who sat down after us, I called to ask if they ever forgot orders. The person who answered asked my order number and said she would have a manager bring it out. 10 minutes passed and nothing, except one delivery person passed our table, saw our number, asked if we called, we said yes, and she said nothing more and moved on. 10 minutes later I went to the front and asked someone at the register, who later said she was the manager, what happened to our food, she couldn't answer. Nor did she offer any solution. I asked her how long it usually takes to get an order, and she said four minutes. Not 40 or even the 10 that passed after I called. She did nothing to rectify the situation. I finally asked for my money back and after scrolling through looking for my order, refunded my money. Wish I could have tried the food but she didn't even offer to make it for me when she found out how long I had been waiting. Horrible service. Worse management. read more

I went to Culver's to see how true some of the reviews were. I had the fried chicken dinner with 2 breasts(costs extra), green beans and cole slaw. To the person who said the fried chicken was good- yes they were very good with a nicely seasoned skin and very juicy meat that were cafeteria style cooking. The green beans came in a nice buttery sauce but were kind of hard like garden style green beans rather than soft(which is the way I prefer my green beans).The cole slaw was average at best and all the flavor was at the bottom of the small cup. I also had to try the concrete mixer shake they are famous for and was disappointed with the runny shake that was more liquid than ice cream(I wouldn't order another one of those). Since the only thing really good was the fried chicken, I probably won't be going back anytime soon. read more

It's burgers and ice cream! How can you not love the combination? The place is clean, the service is as you should expect in the fast food arena. The ice cream is absolutely delicious. I placed an order at drive-thru and started to pull around to the window when a car sped past me and cut to the window to pace an order ahead of me and the car behind me. The general manager took the guy's order and let me sit there for a long time while my food got cold on the counter and my custard melted. When I complained to her, she said she noticed he cut the line, but he probably bypassed the speaker because he was a foreigner and had poor English skills. Yes, I actually got an excuse with a side of fries! I told her she should have asked him to come inside and continued to wait on those of us who had patiently waited in line. She slammed the window on me! People like this should not be in the customer service business and certainly NOT a general manager. I already knew the Butterburgers and custard are "as good as it gets," but I decided to try their all you can eat fresh fried chicken on Monday evenings. Not sure if you have ever tried the infamous "pan fried" chicken at Strouds in Kansas City, but the fried chicken at Culvers ranks right at the top. I was impressed with the cole slaw, the fries, and my raspberry milkshake was as good as Dietschs. This franchise restaurant has staying power in Findlay. read more

My wife asked me to stop by the new Findlay Culver's restaurant and pick up dinner on the way home from work. Even though I was placing a carry out order, I thought I go inside to place the order so I could take a look at their facilities. The restaurant seemed bright and cheerful, but the order line was extremely long and there was only one person at the cash register taking orders. So I picked up a take out menu, headed back to the car, and preceded to their drive through. Even though the restaurant was busy, the drive through line moved quickly. I placed my order and in less than 5 minutes I had my food and was on my way home. I order a Culver's Bacon Deluxe, onion rings, Garden Fresco salad and their Tomato Florentine soup. Unfortunately, when we I got home, I discovered the Culver's Bacon Deluxe was missing :-( We open the Garden Fresco salad and the lettuce was a bit wilted and some of the tomatoes were spoiled. The onion rings and tomato soup were ok. Over all it was not a pleasant experience and I will not be returning any time soon. In their defense, the restaurant recently opened and, apparently, they are still working out the kinks. read more
