We had many hiccups along the way with the venue and planning a wedding from so far away. Mark handled everything with ease and skill, all while keeping me calm. He went above and beyond to make sure our reception was breathtaking, and that the food was delicious. All of the food was so good. The chicken was cooked and seasoned so well, and his grandmothers mashed potatoes were to die for. Many people went back for seconds because everything was that good. The grooms cake Mark made was delicious. It was moist and flavorful. He was accommodating as I changed the filling I wanted several times. The cake was my favorite part of the reception. The flowers were stunning and filled the whole reception hall. Mark purchased and did all of the flower arrangements for the evening. He was able to get all of the types of flowers that were in my wedding bouquet for the arrangements in the reception.
