I was scrambling and called TWF and through tears asked if they could do a same day delivery for me, and within 2 hours the flowers were delivered to my mom. And they were GORGEOUS! We used to receive excellent service (the manager back then was Nicole) but sadly their products have declined in recent months. I received a large, $147.00 bouquet of red roses and other flowers on Thursday, February 22. This was a pitiful looking order the minute it arrived. Sadly, the reason I got these flowers was due to recent medical issues and have been busy receiving treatment. I called the owner today (Justin) and simply wanted to tell him this order was subpar at best. Justin, being an owner with supposed years of service under his belt certainly did not act like he knew how to speak to someone who brought his shop hundreds of dollars (no exaggeration). I did not even want to let the sender know about how pathetic the order was, but I did think it was important to let the owner know what his business was sending out into the community. This man told me I should have called on Thursday, that he didn't know what I "wanted him to do". His tone was at once both condescending and rude, absolutely zero customer service skill whatsoever. All he had to do was offer an apology and perhaps say he will do his best to ensure this will not happen again. He did not do that but was utterly disrespectful, so he lost return business. It's not hard to be kind to customers that make up a part of your business. Please go to literally any other flower shop in this town besides The Wild Flower. Word got around to friends at Higdon Flowers and I am going to leave them a review next. Their bouquet looks better than the day it arrived. The Wild Flower sends dead leaves, crusted flowers, reused bows to tie on a basic, boring vase. Check out my review of Higdon Flowers. You should see my vase!

The vase alone is a work of art, I don't have anything like it. I honestly can't think of a better place to order flowers in Joplin.

The day of my best friend's husband's funeral I found out those people were located in the Philippines. They are a third-party business who calls a local florist. And you pay the fee. The girl who took my order got everything wrong. Thankfully, Countryside Florist in Joplin Mo. quickly corrected it and the owner himself delivered it, in time for the funeral service. It was beautiful. Trust your order Countryside florist in Joplin. They are local and they are good!!
