The short list includes; Lifespring, beginning and advanced, Transformational Workshops, Tai Chi, meditation, hypnosis, medications, enough self help books to line the entire United States, women's groups, Al-Anon, Co-dependants Anonymous, Adult children of Alcoholics, Chronic PTSD therapy, Brain wave therapy and more. So when I found Anita's ad through an internet search, I was doubtful, but willing to try. My goal was to move forward in my life with dreams that had lived in my heart for decades but just could not work on them because the beliefs about myself were so deep, they felt as if they were in my DNA. Having been through a past life regression before, I understood that PLR can be deeply impactful where the lessons learned continue to unfold well into the future. Given this, it's not typical to go through multiple sessions in the way other therapies are designed. Yvonne takes all of this into consideration when approaching PLR. She asks you to do pre-work in preparation for the session so that you're able to get the most out of it. She also helps ease you into the process through discussion prior to the start of the session. What I enjoyed most about working with Yvonne is how deeply connected she is to higher guidance. At the beginning of our session I could tell that she was being given quite a lot of guidance about me to where I didn't need to explain a whole lot.
