If I could give 10 stars, I would! I've brought my 10 year old and 6 year old for a few years now…read moreand every single staff member treats them SO well. They both were scared when we first started there, but they quickly felt at ease because the environment is calming and the most caring staff. My oldest has had two cavities and each time he never had a clue he was being numbed with a needle. He's very OCD and they answered every question and go above and beyond with every small detail. They offer both laughing gas, and an oral sedative. I'm a helicopter mom and I get so worried about sedation for my kids but they explain every detail and are SUPER fast. Which anxious kids (and moms) can appreciate! . They monitor very closely with blood pressure and HR, and Dr. Ash explains every detail in a way they understand in a very calming voice. My daughter had a liquid sedative that's the size of a small Tylenol cup and they have a room called "The Sleepy Room" that has a big bean bag, a pillow and blanket, and a TV with a movie of their choice. It was big enough where I laid down right next to her and cuddled up while it took effect! I couldn't believe the whole thing went so flawlessly with not a single tear or hesitation. The night before she was very very anxious and upset so that shows you how experienced they are, and truly care about each child. I could go on and on, but I wanted to ease other mom's nerves if they are looking for a trustworthy and gentle environment. They are miracle workers! Both my kids love the playground out in the courtyard and not having to wait inside. At the end they get a coin to redeem a little prize and sticker. I'm so grateful for them and all they do!

Parents deserve to know what they are walking into at this office. My daughter's orthodontic care…read morehere has been handled in a way that raises serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and trust. 1. Emergency mishandled: When my daughter had a braces emergency where a wire jammed into her cheek, she couldn't open her mouth. I called the emergency number given by the office, but no doctor ever returned my call. Instead, the call center operator admitted he had to Google instructions. The office never followed up, and when I asked later, the manager brushed it off saying, "I don't work weekends. If you'd called Monday, we would have helped." Emergencies don't wait until Monday. 2. Rude and dismissive behavior: When I raised legitimate questions about over-expansion, treatment delays, and wanting a second opinion, the orthodontist became defensive and condescending--rolling her eyes, bobbing her head, and speaking disrespectfully instead of listening. 3. Unprofessional patient dismissal: While my husband was still in the office actively scheduling my daughter's next appointment, the staff bypassed both him (who was physically present) and me (the primary parent contact) to instead call her father and inform him they were dismissing her as a patient. They claimed they thought we had already left, which was untrue--the manager had just spoken to my husband minutes earlier in the back. We were never told face-to-face, and only found out because her father immediately informed me that they were calling him. It felt sneaky, manipulative, and unprofessional. 4. HIPAA/privacy concerns: Their treatment area is a shared space, where I could clearly hear other patients' private medical details and vice versa. This is a serious privacy violation. For context, this was a middle-point office chosen so both parents (who live an hour apart) could bring our daughter. Unfortunately, instead of supporting her care, this office has created delays, emergencies without follow-up, and unnecessary family conflict through poor communication and unprofessional behavior. Parents--please be cautious before trusting this office with your child's care. Emergencies were ignored, legitimate concerns were dismissed, and important patient communication was handled in a sneaky, unprofessional way. after further investigation we found out that Megan Do,- the provider in question, lied to us and said she's been practicing for 15 years and when we looked her up she has only been practicing Dentistry since 2021 and Ortho since 2024- I know see why she was defensive of my concerns for her work. Unfortunately I can already see payment is going to be another issue as reading the reviews this office has concerns of fraud behavior, scam, forced upselling and over pricing. Thankfully because I was on FaceTime I was able to screen record the visit and the video will be sent through the chain of command to prove all the above. -kindly regards

Absolutely amazing experience! Pediatric Dental Specialists…read moreis hands down the best dental office for kids. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is clean, fun, and super kid-friendly, which helped my child feel relaxed right away.Dr. Sherrill was so patient, gentle, and thorough, explaining everything in a way my child could understand and making sure they felt at ease the entire time. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about kids and their comfort. The office runs efficiently, the hygienists are wonderful, and the care is top notch. Highly recommend Pediatric Dental Specialists to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and friendly dental team.

Appointments are needed so make sure u schedule in advance as I know they have 2 locations. The train theme in the waiting room is cool with a TV playing something for the kids to pass the time. One thing I will say is that we start the appointments on time every time so we don't spend too much time waiting unless we are early. The actual train set riding around the bays up above is great and adds a bit of a distraction for everyone. Behind the bays are seating areas for parents l. It's great to hear everything from the kids and the staff. The staff is great and they really know how to interact with the kids and make them feel comfortable. During the holiday's everyone is in the spirit dressed in holiday scrubs/pj's with the Polar Express movie and sounds playing. When you leave you always get a clear update about your kids... what to do, what to keep doing or what to add, but they also engage the kids to be a part of the process so it's not just on you. Definitely, a place we feel great about when it comes to our kid's dental hygiene and we've recommended to many friends and family.
