After contacting this service I had to destroy my credit card cause some dude named Jasper William was on CashApp trying to first get $500 then over 12 times attempting for $50 ( All attempts DENIED). Driver took the long scenic route instead of going directly to address and cause me to arrive late. Yes, my appointment was scheduled for 12 noon but if you are having a procedure done you are to arrive 15 minutes ahead of schedule which I did not. I paid $800 for this tour of Dothan's downtown area and local hospital before the driver knew how to turn on Ross Clark Circle going the wrong way and having to u-turn on Ross Clark Circle to go to the office I had requested transport services for which I had instructed the driver that he needed to turn on Ross Clark Circle and it would go directly to my doctor's office for my procedure. So yes, let me say this one nice thing my experience was lousy from the employee that told me that any time not used of my 5 to 6 hours of service ( which only took 4 hours total) would be refunded back to my card; that I had to shred to pieces no matter the owner refused to honor what CSR said anyway, to the unwanted tour ride of downtown and the hospital speed zoned area during peak hours, to the threat to sue me for my honest opinion of services render by Careavan. I thank you for assuring me that this is not the company to call. I am willing to take a lie detector test while on truth serum and the same results will emerge. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemies.

Needless to say.There is always a catch to convenience!!! Started as a part time or ride as you go rider 4 months ago due to work/ ride schedule conflict. Became full time rider 3 months ago because they offered a van with "flexible" evening hours from 8-5. Everyone meets up at 5:30-5:40 at convenient location( depending on which van) and leaves from Birmingham at 5. Everyone takes turns driving on the van except the van the CEO is on,she will drive herself the days she is riding. If you are running late, even if you text and group chat everyone on the van they will leave you even the CEO!!! Depending on who you are!!! I was the youngest rider on the van they did not respect me or my time, Although late text by others were compensated. There is no set leaving time or grace period.Everything is by ear or text, those text are never missed" conveniently", so I found myself bending rules at my job to leave early to compensate others on the van, which made it not flexible at all!!! If you do not drive your payment will go up. By the way, I could not drive the van this month due to an illness, they went up then went back down because I complained to the CEO which I didn't know she was the CEO at that time, how I felt slighted by the company in my time of need that I could easily prove with doctors excuses. Instead the CIO sent me an email that a passenger reported my state of sleeping too and from work so they went back down. Passenger being the CEO. The CIO(husband) is rude, lacks customer service skills. Just TODAY! The van was scheduled to leave at 5:30, I texted the driver(CEO) that I was on my way, she texted back ok. And AGAIN! They left me to catch another van leaving at 5:40, the other van did not wait!!! I was unaware that I was to catch that van because I did not see the TEXT while driving! In order to get to work I had to drive to Decatur 15 miles to meet the van in hope they will wait on me. When I reminded the CEO of there set van times and how I did not appreciate being left after giving her notice I would be late!!!! She said I was difficult to deal with and didn't think it was going to work out. Who would be happy about this??? The are a couple people who dropped this rideshare for this reason. AND I PAY THESE PEOPLE!!!! If you like worrying about your ride while trying to work this is the best option for you!! IM DONE!
