We met Ngan La at one of her open houses. During that time we were interviewing agents and after speaking with her, I immediately knew we didn't need to meet with anyone else. That turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. She was incredibly patient with us as we toured what felt like countless homes, never once making us feel rushed or pressured. She was always prompt with answers and helped us understand each property clearly. Just when we were ready to give up, we found the one. What stood out most was how she handled the important moments with the right sense of urgency while still making us feel supported and informed. Even after closing, she continued to check in and offer help. We truly couldn't have asked for a better agent and are so grateful to have worked with her. read more

Ngan La (pronounced Young), was truly a master of her craft. She is professional, knowledgeable and dedicated in representing her clients. Thanks to her and her team, I truly feel I have found a home for my family. If you need a realtor that'll have you back Young is the one to work with. read more

As first time homebuyers, the idea of purchasing a home felt incredibly daunting. Luckily for us, we had Ngan to guide us every step of the way. Honestly, if it weren't for Ngan, I'm not sure we would have been able to find our home. We had the pleasure of working with Ngan and her team throughout our search, and she was incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly from start to finish. We first met Ngan over Zoom, where we got to know each other and discuss what we were looking for in a home. She asked thoughtful questions to really understand our needs, our preferences, and the areas we were considering. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she was so easy to talk to. It honestly felt like talking to a friend you had known for years. She walked us through the entire home buying process and helped us get the initial paperwork signed so we could get started. Ngan quickly got to work sending us listings, gathering disclosures, letting us know about open houses, and setting up showings. She was incredibly helpful in summarizing and explaining the many disclosures that came with each property, which made the process much less overwhelming for us. Even when several homes didn't work out, Ngan remained patient, encouraging, and supportive, helping keep our spirits up throughout the search. Eventually, we found a new construction home a few cities away from the area we initially started looking in. Ngan and her team went above and beyond advocating for us and negotiating on our behalf. From submitting the offer all the way through the close of escrow, we felt confident knowing they truly had our backs. Ngan was so dedicated that she even made time while she was on vacation to keep us updated on everything happening in the process. I would highly recommend Ngan and her team at Cullinan Luxury to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and supportive team to help guide them through the home buying process. Can't thank them enough for helping us find our forever home! read more

Ngan did an incredible job helping my mom find her dream home--a task that wasn't easy with so many family members involved! What started as a simple search for a single-family home quickly turned into a group effort with my brothers and me joining in, and Ngan had the patience to navigate all of our different opinions and changing goals. We went from looking at smaller single-family homes to exploring multi-unit properties and eventually found the perfect duplex that met all our needs. The process took several months, but Ngan never gave up on us and stayed incredibly patient as we changed our minds more than a few times. She must have taken us to over 30 open houses, always making herself available for any questions and never once being pushy. She laid out the facts and gave us the space to make the right decision. When we finally found the right place, we were ready to put in a higher offer out of excitement, but Ngan advised us to go lower, knowing it would still be competitive--and she ended up saving us a lot of money! If you're looking for a realtor who is dedicated, patient, and truly has your best interests at heart, we can't recommend Ngan enough. read more

We had a really good experience working with Alex King. He was super quick at getting the right people involved and always helped connect us with the right experts when we needed them. One weekend when we were away, he even helped arrange a professional to get us a quote--super helpful and above and beyond. He also found the best inspectors to inspect our house, which really helped us feel more confident about everything. He patiently answered all our questions, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. We always felt comfortable saying no or asking tough questions about the property. His easygoing and supportive style made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend Alex King and the Cullinan Luxury team, they are great. Alex was very insightful, patient, and friendly. I met Alex King at an open house he was hosting with a lender which we ended up using as well. He was really helpful and provided us with some pre market properties. He was a lot more helpful and responsive than our agent referred from a friend so we ended up using him. We were very last minute on putting in an offer which was my fault but Alex made it happen and we got in contract and closed fast with his lender as well. We saw this place during an open house a week or two ago and kind of just put it in the back of our minds since we weren't having much luck and everything was going way over price. I asked him about this property and he reached out right away and the offer was due the same day. He was able to show me the property before we placed a bid. Alex and his team was great to work with and everything went smoothly and they kept us up to date during the whole process. Alex still been following up with us and helping us with parts of our remodel process as well. They're the total package! They have referrals and contacts for any of your needs. read more

Alex King is both magician and super hero. I had pleasure working with him 2 years ago when I was looking to sell my house. Alex King was introduced to me by a common fried, someone had worked with tons of agents, and that person specifically connected me with Alex ! Alex King is breed apart as an agent. He took every detail very seriously, gave me incredible useful advices on remodeling and advertising for the selling. Although the high interest rate was affecting the market. But Alex made the whole process painless. He sold my beloved house in just 3 days ! I promise you will never find an agent that's goes above and beyond like Alex King ! read more

We had the pleasure of working with the Cullinan Luxury team recently for our San Mateo property and they have exceeded our expectations. As an investor we are always looking for property that makes sense with our budget. Alex and Jon was able to track down an off-market deal for us and got the deal done before anyone else was able to see it. After few months of renovation their whole team came together and we had a over the top launch party that attracted the whole neighborhood together and ultimately got our property sold for top dollar at the current rocky market. They are professional and efficient, all the boys at Cullinan Luxury grew up together and they really work as a team to get things done! Recommended them to few of our friends too for their realestate needs in the Peninsula and they were also able to deliver without a hitch. Thank you Alex, Jon, Ele, Mac, Alex K. As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I had a TON of questions. Vivian was our main realtor we worked with and she was always so kind and extremely knowledgeable and gave us space to ask any and all questions, going through all the what ifs and different scenarios on case by case basis making it easier for us to understand the process and most importantly also making us feel comfortable with anything we did. Her response time is also 10/10! Never had we have to wait for hours or days to get a response. She was always sooo flexible, driving all around the Bay Area for us on both weekdays and weekends. Because of Vivian and her hard work and dedication, she was able to find us a beautiful home that ticked all our boxes within our price range and we couldn't be more grateful! We also want to mention the entire Cullinan team! During escrow, we still had a bunch of questions but often times we never needed to ask them because they were already 1 step ahead emailing us instructions or texting us things to watch out for. My husband and I met Alex a few years ago at a random open house. We were not seriously looking yet back then, but we recall Alex having a welcoming and warming presence, therefore we exchanged information. A few years later, we decided we were ready to buy a house and we thought of Alex and the great first impression he made and we knew we had to give him a call. During the first few months, Alex spent his time showing and educating us about different neighborhoods in the Peninsula. He has great knowledge about the Bay Area real estate and also knows how to strategize to buy in the competitive market. After 6 months, we finally landed our dream home! Our home was out in the market for 24 hours and Alex called us to go see it right away because there were some incoming offers. We went to go see it and within the same day we put in an offer and our offer also got accepted! The whole process was so effortless and smooth and it is all because of Alex. He has amazing relationship building and negotiating skills. He is literally the real definition of true hustler and does everything in his powers to help his clients get the right home. He will fight for you and not just 100%, but 10000000% to make things happen. He has true PASSION. Buying a home in the Bay Area is very difficult and honestly emotional, but in these 6 months, Alex has always encouraged us and helped us stay positive. He made the whole process fun, exciting and as effortless as it can be! He is honestly so much more than just a realtor, he is a genuine person that truly cares and wants the best for you, he is a great friend. We have been so blessed to find our dream home, but even more grateful to have met Alex a few years ago at a random open house. Thank you Alex for being a part of our starting new chapter! I want to also give a shout out to Alex's team. Especially to Ele and Jon, you both are exceptional! Thank you to Ele for helping us find all the inspectors within a few days. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for this team. We found our dream home, Alex was the seller's agent but i just immediately love his attitude, work ethic, and the way he communicates. So when our offer was accepted by the seller, I immediately signed a contract with him to sell my previous house. This is when everything even impressed me more. The team Mac and Ele had contractor, painter, landscaper, electrician, stager, mover, all lined up ready to fix the house to make it more beautiful and presentable to sell. All of those contractors price were reasonable and did very good job. In one week they turned my house like brand new. I was traveling overseas when they fixed my house, they even helped and managed my movers while I was absent!!! Alex was very active during this remodeling, he brought off market clients everyday. The house was sold in one week with $700K above listing price and multiple offers. Not only I got my dream house from him that I enjoy now for the rest of my life and the same time I was very satisfied selling my old house through him. Incredible, extraordinarily impressive and the whole team was involved in the communication from beginning to the end. We're so blessed to have met them and know we will become long lifetime friends. Thank you especially Alex, Mac, Ele, and the whole team that supported us. All the best to you and will send all my friends to you. read more

As first-time home-buyers the idea of purchasing a home was absolutely daunting for my wife and I. Fortunately we had Ngan La and her team at Cullinan Luxury by our side every step of the way in order to make the process as quick and pain-free as possible. Ngan took the time to learn about us and our lives and she had such a friendly demeanor that we didn't feel like we were just "clients." Ngan thoroughly discussed with us what our requirements were for our dream home, our budget parameters, ideal location, et cetera and she expeditiously got to working on our behalf. We had the pleasure of having Ngan as our agent for approximately 1 month before we ultimately received the keys to our own home. During this month Ngan was able to find multiple prospective homes (some which have not even been listed yet) that met our stipulations. Along the way my wife and I were obviously browsing online for possible houses as I'm sure most buyers are also doing by themselves. Whenever we found a listing we were interested in, we simply sent Ngan the link and she got back to us within the same day (sometimes within hours) WITH the full disclosures for each property we liked. As first-time homebuyers reading these long disclosures for homes can be a bit harrowing. However with each disclosure that Ngan sent, she also provided a breakdown of the fundamentals and more importantly-- the cautionary points for each property. She had already went through each disclosure with a fine-toothed comb prior to sending it to us. This alone had saved my wife and I a lot of time and energy from sifting through disclosure after disclosure to find the weak points of each home that buyers should be aware of but may overlook. As a result of Ngan's diligent work, the actual physical viewings that we went to were strictly focused only on homes that fully met our requirements and concerns. With Ngan working with us no time was wasted. Communication with Ngan was free and open. Ngan was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the intricacies of purchasing a home. During the process my wife and I would often have various questions along the way for each property and Ngan would be text-messaging the answers back to us within minutes. We never felt that Ngan was not available for our concerns. Along each step of the home-buying process Ngan was there to guide us through until we reached our goal of owning our own home. She would breakdown what was happening at each stage and also explain what the next phase will be so that there were no surprises. We were protected by our prudent agent. With us not being familiar with the business of real estate my wife and I certainly felt that Ngan had our backs. Ngan was not afraid to go to bat for us when it comes to negotiating and even advised us to weigh our compromises so that we would not be taken advantage of when we ultimately found our dream home. The team at Cullinan Luxury also worked just as efficiently as Ngan herself. My lender had a request for some documents and I may have jumped the gun and provided them myself. I was told that "Cullinan Luxury" does not mean the firm strictly deals with expensive homes. The "Luxury" part is derived from providing their customers with Luxurious Service to a point where a majority of the work would be handled by the team while you can relax and be assured that every minute detail would be taken care of by them. The heavy-lifting behind the scenes of dealing with the Escrow company and my lender was thanks to Wayne Lain. Once our bid was accepted, Wayne provided my wife and I with an entire schedule of dates comprised of what they would be working on and when-- all the way down to the final date of when we would receive the keys to our new home. Just as dynamically productive as Ngan, Wayne was in constant communication with me along each stage of the process and with what to expect. The dates on the schedule never faltered and we received the keys on the exact day of Wayne's provided timeline. I have nothing but praise and thanks to everyone at Cullinan Luxury for being so efficient and good at what they do. I have been recommending Ngan La to everyone I know who is also looking to purchase a home. As you're reading this review right now I probably don't know you, but I highly recommend Cullinan Luxury to you as well. read more

I came into the search for a new home with little to no experience and knowledge of the real estate business. One of the few things I did know was that California had one of the toughest housing markets and the Bay Area specifically was a prime example. I had 3 months left in my lease when I contacted Cullinan Luxury and in the very first meeting I had with Ngan La, who worked with me throughout the whole process, she told me that was more than plenty of time to find something I liked and move in. I honestly did not believe this could happen in such a short time and was already dreading to pay rent month-to-month while searching...but lo and behold 2 months in I find myself with the keys to my first-ever property which I couldn't be more excited about! In the space of a month and a half, I went through the daunting cycle of listings, showings, and disclosures but Ngan guided me through it all in a way that never felt overwhelming. Properties move fast, but it seemed that Cullinan moved faster. Each showing was a step forward to hone in on what I was looking for in a home and what my price range should be and sure enough Ngan was able to suggest better and more tailored listings very quickly. One of the best parts of working with Cullinan was their availability. Unsurprisingly, I constantly had new questions popping during my search but I wasn't in the dark for very long since Ngan would respond very promptly. Special mention to the offer deadline day when the communication with the sellers went until midnight but Cullinan was always there letting me know the play-by-play. The most humbling lesson I learned in the home-buying process was that making the offer was the fun part and the closing period was the hard one as lenders, insurance, and moving comes into play. Cullinan has great partners to work with in all those areas if needed but they also work smoothly and communicate frequently with other companies you may choose independently, as I did. In any case, they were always available to facilitate the close of escrow and get everything done in time. Additionally, they went above and beyond in assisting me with any extra help I needed for the transition to my new place, whether it was searching for instructions to many of the appliances left by the previous owners or offering their office space for the in-person signature of documents. Looking back, it's a bit strange to realize the sheer amount of stuff that needs to happen to purchase a home yet it always felt like things were flowing and moving forward so I can only thank the amazing Ngan and Cullinan Luxury team for making it so. Thus, I leave this home-buying process as a holder of intermediate real estate knowledge and a brand new set of keys. read more

Ngan was extremely knowledgeable about the market, was very supportive, and extremely responsive to address any questions or concerns I had. Ngan was able to negotiate extra credit with the builder on my behalf. She even went as far as assisting me with visualizing my space and helping me plan furniture.
