Why make an appointment then? So I reschedule for Tuesday 9-11. I wait here for an hour then get a text that again they can't make it because of a/c calls. Then why even make an appointment with me? Don't waste your time with this company. They'll end up wasting yours. Why make appointments and not fulfill them, people have to get off work, move around schedules ect. super short sighted.

He finally did come and fixed the issue but he pointed out some other issues we needed done. We scheduled him a second time, and made sure to stress that we needed him to come first thing in the morning so my wife could switch around her schedule to be there. We call him first for all our plumbing needs. He is the one we respect the most. We first met him years ago when we were fed up with the companies we had been calling. We called him back again when we had an issue with a major leak we thought was plumbing related. He did a thorough inspection and told us it was a leak from outside the house coming in. He referred us to people who could help, even showing up at the appointment to discuss what he thought with them and make sure it was that and not something else. He was right, it was fixed and repairs done, holding to this day. We seriously appreciated his support through that, as well as the fixed pipes and drains in our 20+ yr old home to a large family.

The owner helped walk me through several things over the phone to see if we could diagnose the problem without having to come out and charge me a site visit, which I so appreciated. I called him several times and he was so helpful and pleasant. When the unit kept running a few days later I gave him a call and they came out to take a look. Duane and his son Curtis came out and instead of upselling me to buy a new water softener, they suggested that they could rebuild the unit and save me over a thousand dollars. They said that if that didn't fix the problem permanently within the next 90 days, that I could use that money towards a new unit. They were fast, efficient and super nice and so knowledgeable about not only water softeners, but water valve issues as well, which they also repaired for me. Fast forward to June of 2022 it started leaking again and was unnoticed. As a result we had mold under our carpet, walls and baseboards and had to rip it all out. After we had it repaired by another company we discovered that the clamps on either side of the patch were not secured resulting in its failure. This was a complete nightmare and ended up costing me a substantial amount of money. I regret that I used them and would urge you to exercise caution!
