    I found it to be a huge rip off. Their billing is difficult…read moreto understand the cost is excessive. They do not tell you about the very high delivery fee. The billing seems deceptive as you can't get a running total of all the items and the dates. If you want to cross reference a billing you have to go into the website and print down each bill individually. There is no way a company this large doesn't have a billing and credit history they can access in a couple of clicks. A water delevery client cannot get a copy of the history to try and figure out. I was promised that someone would look into it on more than one occasion. The only time you can speak to a person is when you are starting service and when you are cancelling service. I tried three times to cancel I was promised that my concerns would be looked into. I relented and didn't cancel. Anyone who I spoke to about cancelling would promise to figure out why I had not been credited for bottles and call me back. No contact nor was there an email explaining what they found during the time I had service. To add insult to injury there were times the water tasted worse that what came out of the tap. I wasted so much money it was easier to pay for a water system that was on sale at US Water systems. The water is consistantly very good and the filters last a long time.

Story-We had Culligan in our home state & loved it! Never any issue. Here, I signed up online through Costco for 'extra savings' & was supposed to get a dispenser (kind of handy with jugs that weigh 42 pounds- don't want to be lifting that every time you need a drink) & two 5 gallons filled with filtered water- easy request, right?! NOPE. First they didn't even have the dispenser- yet they tell me this when they showed up on my doorstep, no call, no email- so I'm already paying them to be there even though they're dropping off jugs I cannot do anything with sans a dispenser. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both my hands so it's literally not feasible to be lifting these heavy jugs like that- hence signing up for this 'delivery service' with a bottom load dispenser. So I decide (& told the delivery guy after the awkward- what am I supposed to do with these with no dispenser? talk) fine- I'll go buy my own dispenser for $160 so I can actually use these stupid jugs instead of the nice $4.95/month billed I was supposed to be able to rent one for. So now my costs are almost $200 (plus a $50 deposit hold on my card) just to drink water. This is where I find out it is literally under $2/jug for me to just refil my own. I had wanted to avoid this because of my bad hands- but 1/10th of the price?! I get some markup- but here I'm paying deposits & fuel & delivery charges- when right across the street I'll be getting groceries anyhow. So I email to cancel- no reply- the delivery guy shows up like 10 days later telling me they finally have a dispenser now- not the one I ordered- but some sort of one. No thanks- already bought one- like I told you I was going to. Tried to sell me cases of bottled water if I didn't tell them the price he was offering. Um, extra no thanks. So I email again & they're supposed to pick up my jugs & cancel my account. In theory my terrible experience should end here, but no. They never come get them. I email again, still nothing. Again, they finally email me at like 11:38 pm that they can come @ 7:15 am the next day ?!?! No one ever showed up anyhow AND I didn't get that email til it would have been irrelevant anyhow. So still nothing- I email several times just begging to cancel & them come get these giant jugs as now I have 4 of them floating around taking up space in my pantry & 2 are useless to me because I want them gone. No one ever shows up or replies. I start getting endless automated phone calls I finally had to block wanting me to call them. I don't want to call & try to be talked out of cancelling your 'service' - I just want you to come get these stupid jugs & pay my outlandish bill & be done with it- no one ever actually talks to me- I try to answer- automated. So finally today I'm organizing my pantry & STILL MONTHS LATER (April to August) they have not picked these up after countless emails by me trying to (they aren't local to just drop off either). Now I have late fees of course- because of my whole one delivery of 1/2 of what I ordered & supposedly they now cannot schedule a pickup (which never happens anyhow) without full payment. So I have to pay for the jugs for them to pick up the jugs they failed to pickup in the first place. You have to be kidding me. Pay WAY over priced & late fees for something I never even got all of & you never resolved. INSANE. This company is nuts. What a stupid ripoff waste of my time. Do yourself a favor & just get culligan. Or drinking straight out of a lake at this rate would for sure be less hassle!!!! Whatever you do- don't trust this company with your time or money.

    We'd been getting water delivered in jugs from another provider here in Utah (a pretty big name)…read morefor several years. One week they just stopped delivering new water bottles. We called and called and couldn't ever get someone to come out. So we called around and decided to give HydroPure a shot. Joe came out and walked us through what installation would look like. We had some concerns with plumbing the lines but once we could see what they'd look like we didn't really even notice. After reviewing the story laid out by Tiff P on 7/21/2015 we were a little concerned but did a little more research and realized Tiff P has only left one 1 star review in her entire account history at Yelp, not sure that gives her the credibility to recommend a company one way or another. It sounds like she was more focused on blaming someone else at the company for signing the agreement than working something out with Joe, I guess Yelp was her best outlet. The service with Hydro pure is cheaper, never runs out and comes out way faster in the bottle than Mount 'Other Company.' We're very glad we switched and would recommend Joe and HydroPure to anyone.

    I am writing this review in hopes that others won't make the same mistake that we did in getting…read moreinto a long term lease agreement with this company. Let me give you some background so you can get a full picture of my experience. We had tasked an employee with finding water, coffee and ice for our new office space. She got a couple quotes and ended up selecting Hydropure. We had explained to Hydropure that we'd like for them to complete the installation during the construction phase so they could run water lines etc. while the walls were open - which they did (partially). Fast forward to the day before we are moving into the new space. We get there and lines had been run, but none of the water coolers, nor the ice or coffee machines had actually been set up and functioning. We call them at once, and they scramble to install late that night, which we appreciated. Since this incident, we have had nothing but issues... Day 1 the fancy ice machine that we will ultimately pay ~$8500 for, didn't work. It kept shorting out and we would have to unplug it and plug it back in. Techs kept coming out, resetting it and telling us that it wasn't a defective machine, but an issue with our cabinet placement. I had a contractor come and take the cabinet down... and lo and behold, it still shorted out. At that point, I asked for a new machine as I just wanted permanent resolution while we were still under warranty. They just kept saying it was our fault due to the cabinet and they never swapped out the machine. We are having other issues with keeping items in stock and the coffee machine leaking, and just decided that it was too much work calling Hydropure for one reason or another every day... I just wanted out. I spoke with Joe (the guy who "runs the company") about my dissatisfaction and asked about his buyer's remorse policy. He said UT state law is only 3 days. I asked him what it would take to just walk away - to purchase the equipment instead of lease it etc., essentially his answer was to pay the full lease price which is double the cost of the retail price. He reminded me that we signed an agreement, so we are essentially "stuck". You could almost hear the pleasure in his voice that we cannot escape, no matter how badly I don't want to work with this company. He then threw the "working late into the night" story (referenced above) in my face as his example of going above and beyond for us when we have issues. If he had completed the job fully the first time, we never would have had that issue in the first place - he made the fire-drill for himself. Also the coffee they provide at a premium price, doesn't even taste good. The coffee machine itself sometimes makes pots that are stone cold and only partially fill the dispensers that we were given. Perhaps it is user error, but at no point have they offered to meet with us and explain how their equipment works. It looks as though I will be paying out the nose to get away from this company to "fulfill the lease agreement" which was signed by a person who didn't even have the authority to sign binding agreements on behalf of our company. Bottom line, any helpfulness or resolution they attempted to provide was overshadowed by Joe's patronizing and near condescending tone. Joe does not have the helpful attitude that I look for when forging a relationship with another company, and I will not be recommending their company to friends, family or counterparts any time soon.

    We almost moved forward with Culligan for a water softener. We got all the way to the contract…read moreportion and had a few areas that didn't reflect the business deal in front of us due to their contracts being the same regardless of deal, setting, and specification. While we got a rider for it, the fine print reflects that the product wouldn't be owned by us due to this contract issue. Unfortunately, rather than calling me to calmly & objectively address further notes to ensure it was fully correct and reflective, I got a very unprofessional, disrespectful, and overall concerning call from their director of revenue as he attempted to "resolve" our concerns. Following aggressive, consistent interruption, & innapropriate comments about my family, we opted to discontinue the sale. Our salesman was nice, but we got scammy salesman vibes toward the end and his texts with wink emojis made me uncomfortable. He seemed overall unaware of the detailed aspects of install as well. Their product seems great but ultimately they lost the sale due to a level unprofessionalism I've never encountered. I would not recommend them due to these challenges. With 20+ companies in the valley that offer similar services & this being a very large investment, I expected more.

Later that week, Nick texted me to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. Nick's guidance and professionalism were exceptional. He educated me about water quality in my neighborhood and the Culligan systems available for homes. Based on his recommendation, I purchased an upgraded system that won't require annual filter replacements and will last over a decade without maintenance. A few days later, Zack arrived to install my new Culligan system. Zach arrived on time and was friendly and personable. Zack did a great job installing the new system and cleaning up afterward. I'm excited to enjoy cleaner water throughout my home, and I won't hesitate to recommend Culligan to my friends and family. Thank you!

    Customers Mean Nothing to this company…read more... I have had their water delivery service for over 10 years. I have even worked for the company over this time. When I asked a delivery driver to replace a broken jug I was told very harshly that I would have to pay for it. I said fine, charge me for the jug. He then turned and walked away saying I could go F*&k myself.. He must have been taking his bad day off on his customers. I said what? And he turned to be as if he was going to hit me and said you can go F*&k yourself. I let him go as I yelled at him "Nice Customer Service" I called the company to report it and they would do nothing. They cancelled my service as I did not want this person on the property again. The owner did not do anything about it and was puzzled as to why I would cancel and not want to work for them again... Maybe if I sent one of my employees over to his place and threatened him he would feel different. BTW. I had a witness and a DVR from the security system showing all of this. If you are looking for Water Filtration or Water Delivery there are other services out there where customer service means something. Look for one of them and in this instance it might be better not to use the local business as they are hiring people you do not want around your family and property.
