Unfortunately, rather than calling me to calmly & objectively address further notes to ensure it was fully correct and reflective, I got a very unprofessional, disrespectful, and overall concerning call from their director of revenue as he attempted to "resolve" our concerns. Following aggressive, consistent interruption, & innapropriate comments about my family, we opted to discontinue the sale. Our salesman was nice, but we got scammy salesman vibes toward the end and his texts with wink emojis made me uncomfortable. He seemed overall unaware of the detailed aspects of install as well. Their product seems great but ultimately they lost the sale due to a level unprofessionalism I've never encountered. I would not recommend them due to these challenges. He educated me about water quality in my neighborhood and the Culligan systems available for homes. Based on his recommendation, I purchased an upgraded system that won't require annual filter replacements and will last over a decade without maintenance. A few days later, Zack arrived to install my new Culligan system. Zach arrived on time and was friendly and personable. Zack did a great job installing the new system and cleaning up afterward. When I asked a delivery driver to replace a broken jug I was told very harshly that I would have to pay for it. I said fine, charge me for the jug. He then turned and walked away saying I could go F*&k myself.. He must have been taking his bad day off on his customers. I said what? And he turned to be as if he was going to hit me and said you can go F*&k yourself. I let him go as I yelled at him "Nice Customer Service" I called the company to report it and they would do nothing. They cancelled my service as I did not want this person on the property again. The owner did not do anything about it and was puzzled as to why I would cancel and not want to work for them again... Maybe if I sent one of my employees over to his place and threatened him he would feel different. BTW. I had a witness and a DVR from the security system showing all of this. If you are looking for Water Filtration or Water Delivery there are other services out there where customer service means something. Look for one of them and in this instance it might be better not to use the local business as they are hiring people you do not want around your family and property.

In the claim they offered $100 because I did not have a RECEIPT for the mirror. Our estimate was also underestimated, and we were given an approximately $5,000 overage bill, when the truck arrived from SLC to WA MANY items were broken and mis-labeled and most were due to shotty packing and fragile items in boxes with heavy items. We needed an overflow truck due to the underestimated load and when the overflow truck finally arrived several items were missing, on the obvious items my husband immediately called Lincoln and told him, he said he would check with the people who shared the truck but never found the items and when I placed a claim on the other items that we eventually noticed were missing the comment from the claims department was we signed the bill-of-lading when the truck was emptied so we could not place a claim on missing items, I suppose we should have had the driver/movers sit in our driveway for weeks as we unpacked all the boxes. Horrible customer service and lack of responsibility. I also wish I would have gone with the more expensive bid that we received because Baileys cost us much more than the next affordable option, plus they broke an item that had extreme sentimental value and many more items. I caution anyone considering them for their move especially if you are requiring help packing, they also counted the majority of the box that we personally packed in the cost estimate.
