I stopped in the office and told them again I didn't want the service and she said no one had made note when I called. Another month passed and no onE came aaNd they billed me again. At this point I thought that they would eventually come get the equipment when I wasn't paying the bill. No one came and they continued charging me a bill. I called again. They again said no one had noted the account. It's now years later... I haven't lived in the home for 5 yrs and they have a huge bill on my credit account. What company that charges $15-$20 a month that you never pay continues to leave the equipment and an open account? I've contacted them repeatedly and no luck. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT!
