This is not what you may remember as your Mom's or Grandmother's butcher shop. In my view they are a specialty shop providing premium quality at premium prices. The store is tucked in the corner of a small shopping center and parking can be a challenge on a Saturday. It is clean and bright. I am glad to see though, that there are still artisans with a commitment to quality, and craftsmanship in a trade--AI, thankfully, has no place here in delivering fresh, luxurious cuts of beef, pork and other fine meat either pre-cut or carved to your specifications. I have not been here before so I decided to give them a try starting with several, precut NY Strip steaks and several burger patties to prepare on the grill. The service is polite and professional--not a lot of time for chit-chatting with your butcher like I remember my Grandmother doing. There were several customers waiting in the small shop so I did not feel comfortable trying to dive into the particulars of the meat sourced so I just went with it. The steaks were fairly large cuts, just over one inch thick, and with what struck me as medium marbleization. The USDA grade was not posted on the price tags (that I saw). I decided to see if I could get away with a reverse sear on the steaks and it worked out pretty well though I kept the precook at a lower temperature than I normally would with a thicker cut for fear of over cooking them before I got them to the grill. That worked out well, getting them off the grill at medium doneness. The steaks were reasonably tender, juicy, with, as hoped, a luscious, beefy umami and enjoyed by my guests. I paired everything with a nice Côt which was just perfect. I decided to try the burgers on the griddle top, done to medium, and they were flavorful and juicy. I have to say I was satisfied with the quality and did not feel taken to the cleaners at almost $30 a pound for the steaks though I am not sure this will be a weekly stop (that price point was one of the lower ones in the shop). I will, however, come back for those times I am having special guests or family for those special occasions and will likely update then.

We were a party of four, one who is gluten-free and one who is vegetarian. They had no problem accommodating our dietary restrictions and the food was absolutely delicious. We all had different teas, and again they were all very flavorful. The Christmas decor was just so perfect. They have several items for sale, such as jams and so forth. They also had a few Christmas tea pots for sale. One was so cute I could not resist and bought my daughter an extra Christmas gift. The owner/chef came out to talk to us for just a few minutes. She explained that this was their 24th year! Amazing. She also stated that she travels and often the recipes she makes for the tea house are inspired by these trips. I believe the menu is changed every month. Our server, Gilbert was great. Very helpful and also described each delicious food item on our plate. Be sure to get reservations if you plan to visit. We arrived on a Friday night just before 9:00 PM and had no trouble finding street parking--always a win. We were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer, who was absolutely amazing. She let us know about their late-night perk: half-price small plates and select drinks on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 PM until close, which is such a great incentive for heading out later in the evening. Jennifer was attentive without being intrusive--our water glasses were always full, she checked in after every course, and her recommendations for both food and drinks were spot-on. We started with a Mad Rose for V and a Chameleon for me. Both cocktails were delicious, and after finishing his Mad Rose, V definitely felt the celebratory spirit kicking in. For appetizers, we shared the Vietnamese Summer Rolls and Sweet Chili Calamari. The summer rolls were light, fresh, and nicely accented with mint. The calamari was sweet with a surprisingly spicy finish--delicious, though the heat was just a bit much for V. I'd happily order both again. For my main course, I had the Wagyu Beef Stroganoff, and wow--hands down the best stroganoff I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced with the noodles. It even paired beautifully with my Chameleon, with subtle lemon notes that complemented each other surprisingly well. V ordered the Tomahawk Pork Chop, cooked medium well and absolutely perfect. He loved every bite. It came with a risotto that he enjoyed, even if it wasn't the standout of the dish. Dessert sealed the deal. We finished with Sandy's White Wine Cake--which reminded me of a carrot cake in the best way--and the Banana Cream Pie, which was easily the best banana cream pie I've ever had. Truly a WOW moment. Between the excellent food, thoughtful service, and great late-night specials, Entourage made V's birthday celebration one to remember. We'll definitely be back. Sorry, I wish I had pics but I left my phone behind today.

I ordered from Entourage Downers Grove and was honestly impressed with how well everything held up for delivery. The standout for me was the lobster bisque. It arrived at the perfect temperature, which is pretty impressive for delivery. The bisque was rich and luscious without feeling overly heavy, and the basil oil added a nice brightness that balanced the creaminess beautifully. It also had a generous amount of lobster, including several large chunks, and was a very solid portion overall. The filet mignon sliders were another highlight. Each slider had a substantial piece of filet mignon topped with pickled onions, microgreens, and horseradish cream on brioche buns. The onions and horseradish added enough acidity and bite to balance the richness of the beef without overpowering it. I also tried the Vietnamese summer rolls, filled with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles, served with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Everything tasted very fresh, and the sauces complemented the generously stuffed rolls nicely. My only small critique is that cutting them in half made for a prettier presentation, but made them a little awkward to dip and eat. Overall, this was a surprisingly strong delivery experience, and I would absolutely order from them again, or better yet, make it over to the restaurant itself next time I'm in the area.

I had the pimento dip, the 3 cheese breadsticks, and the baguette with fig spread and honestly considered canceling the rest of my day and just living there. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and ridiculously good. The bread was perfect, the cheeses were rich and flavorful, and the fig spread with the baguette deserved its own fan club. The drinks absolutely held their own too. The Summer Spritz was crisp and refreshing, while the sangria came in with a polite smile and then quietly reminded me to respect it because wow, it was strong and delicious. Beyond the food and drinks, the whole place has this warm, beautiful French market vibe that feels cozy, elevated, and welcoming all at once. Great atmosphere, amazing flavors, and the kind of spot that makes you start planning your next visit before you've even paid the bill. Highly recommend.

The indoor space is long and narrow, with an eclectic, warm vibe, lined with display bottle and can-filled shelving. There are several tables along the display wall that seat four comfortably, with a compact bar tucked toward the front. Don't come here looking for a quiet corner though. The place fills up quickly--especially Thursday through Saturday nights during sidewalk‑dining weather where the crowd spills out into the covered entry and sidewalk. The clientele skews upscale and once they settle in, tables tend to turn slowly. Also, the noise level often rises to the point where conversation requires a raised voice. Wine and appetizers are this place's wheelhouse. I agree with other reviewers that service can lag, especially when you're trying to get that first order in. The charcuterie is a reliable favorite, with the rest of the menu at least decent if not particularly memorable. The wine and beer offerings are broad enough to satisfy most tastes, though some reviewers' claims of "reasonable prices" depend heavily on your definition of reasonable--lingering over drinks and appetizers will leave a very noticeable dent in the ole' wallet. Though I don't feel It's the kind of place I'll likely make a weekly habit, it is a good starter spot for a date night or a meet‑up before moving on to a dinner place.
