Voted Best Chips and Salsa in the Valley 2019! Ok I made that up but the salsa was bomb. The chips…read morewere not burnt and had the prefect amount of salt. But wait there is more! You don't just get great chips and salsa. The burritos are grilled and filled. Everything on your plate rolled up in warm flour tortilla blanket. Well seasoned tender meat was in the enchilada and crispy but not oily taco too. No soupie beans either. Mi Ranchito is clean, bright, and authentic. The service was friendly and quick. I had a little trouble figuring out if we sit down or order at the counter. I think we sit down. I'll try that next time. Seriously though don't miss the salsa. I'll be back and I am getting some to go after I eat.

This little restaurant has been open for about 3 mos, first time here and we had a good experience…read more The food was great, tasty and flavorful. I had the spicy pork short ribs combo and that was delicious, the pork fell off the bone and it was soft and tender. The rice and beans was ok, both sides didn't seem like it was hot, it seemed a bit cool and the food should be hot or warmer. The Jamaica drink was very good! The tortillas was super nice n hot, liked that very much. Also tried their asada tacos, it was tasty as well. One thing I didn't care for is the bathroom location, it's outside around the corner of the building. At least it was kept clean. Other than that, it was a quiet visit, food was good and business is not very busy yet. Give this place a try on your way through Sanger, it'll definitely be worth it!

Machaca breakfast burrito for the win!…read more I've been to Miguel's many times and I love literally everything on the menu and could drink their homemade salsas. With all my visits, I have never tried one of their breakfast burritos. I ordered a Machaca breakfast burrito and this baddie was huge. Fully loaded with eggs, cheese, and tons of machaca. Machaca is fried shredded beef mixed with onions and peppers and one of my favorite mexican breakfast dishes. Pair this burrito with their Taco Truck verde salsa or their Sunset Salsa, a medium salsa, and you'll be in beefy heaven. Order via DoorDash for pick up and it was ready at the exact time it was stated!

We have been seen the owners pop-up on Fox 26, the cooking portion in the morning with Kopi…read more They are inside the Peacock Market. We decided to try them out. We went about 6 PM so not sure if going to a different time would've made a difference. The service was pretty good. There was only two people working. The gal that helped us didn't know how to add my points to their point system and had some issues with the register, she was OK. My wife has the chicken tacos I had the asada. We both left Mexican food, and we both feel that we are very fair when it comes to the food value and the taste. As far as the taste, the meat tacos were a little rough and gum like, probably from sitting out too long. The chicken tacos actually fell apart as my wife was eating them, and the chicken was very, very overcooked so again, probably sitting too long inside the burner. They do not have the right ABC license so you can't drink alcohol and eat hair even though you're sitting inside a liquor store. Overall an okay place, there's so many selections of Mexican food in Clovis, this one was so so.
