The place is made up of an eclectic mix of tables, chairs, sofas, and various other seating arrangements. The staff are all phenomenally friendly and helpful; it seems that the owner spends some time every day coming by to see how things are going.
A friend and I took the corner table in the back, just up the stairs. We both got the meal of the day which included a cheese and leek soup, and a turkey burger with a simple side salad. The soup was a healthy serving and was wonderfully refreshing. It was full of flavour, well balanced (not too many leeks!) and creamy. The real deal breaker was the turkey burger though; it was one of the best ones I've ever had. The homemade party was succulent, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Topped with just the right amount of lettuce, a fresh slice of tomato, some cheese, and a delectable sauce; this burger was legendary, melt-in-your-mouth type stuff. The small side salad was just lettuce with a balsamic sauce on it. I found it to be the perfect side dish.
The hot chocolate my friend got was too bitter for my taste but she really enjoyed it. All in all, we paid 18 PLN for the meal set, which was wonderful value. Great ambiance, excellent service, and top notch food.
