History
Established in 2015.
Nel 2013, dopo una vita dedicata al giornalismo su riviste e quotidiani nazionali, decido di dare una svolta alla mia vita. Metto a frutto tutta la mia esperienza di cuoco e di sommelier per renderla professionale: in quell'anno ottengo l'attestato di formazione rilasciato dalla Fippc, la Federazione Italiana Professional Personal Chef.
Poi costruisco un sito che è an che un blog, dove comincio a costruire la mia nuova idea di menù davvero personalizzato.
Nel corso degli anni, la mia pagina Facebook ospita oggi oltre 13 mila follower e il mio profilo Instagram 7.000.
In 2013, after a life dedicated to journalism in national magazines and newspapers, I decide to change my life. I put all my experience as a cook and sommelier to good use to make it professional.
Then I build a site that is also a blog, where I start building my new idea of a truly personalized menu.
Over the years, my Facebook page now hosts over 13,000 followers and my Instagram profile 7,000.
