When I was referred to Amy, she took our need seriously. Amy is extremely professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive. She was prepared for our viewings with professionally organized property documentation attached to a company clipboard which she provided. Also important to us is that she is very patient, even when we put our search on hiatus for a while. We then found a new location and Amy handled the transaction smoothly. When she found the lessor's lease agreement to be too casual and leaving out some of our provisions, she got him to allow her to rewrite it using her template for our better protection and his. I'm very satisfied with Amy and Commercial Property Connect and now that the deal is done I will call on her for our next move without hesitation.

This is the third time we've used her, the first two times were for renting space. The first-time I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Susan did a lot of hand holding to make sure I understood what I was doing. This last time we were buying our office building and it was a whole different animal but I knew it would go seamlessly because I had Susan in my corner... And it did. I would recommend Susan and her team to anyone venturing into commercial leases or purchases, you won't be disappointed.

Here's a polished review that keeps your experience and credibility as a REALTOR front and center:…read more As a REALTOR who lives and works in Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, and other areas where septic systems are common, having a knowledgeable and trustworthy septic contractor is critical to keeping transactions on track. I have worked with Alfredo and the team at Macho Contracting on numerous occasions, ranging from complete septic system installations to complex repairs and troubleshooting inspection issues. Alfredo is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes the time to answer questions, explain findings, and debunk inaccurate or misleading observations that occasionally appear in inspection reports. His expertise has been invaluable when helping buyers, sellers, and agents understand the true condition of a system rather than relying on assumptions or incomplete information. Most recently, Alfredo helped one of my clients navigate concerns raised by an inexperienced septic inspector. He not only took the time to thoroughly review the situation, but returned after the cleanout at no charge and even pumped the septic system again, despite it not being warranted, simply to ensure everyone involved had confidence in the findings. That level of service and integrity is rare. What I appreciate most is that Alfredo understands real estate transactions. When repairs are needed, he provides prompt bids, communicates clearly, and mobilizes his team quickly so work can be completed before close of escrow. He is honest, reasonable, dependable, and consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. I will continue to recommend Alfredo and the Macho Contracting team to my clients and colleagues. If you need septic inspections, repairs, or a complete system installation, you can trust that you're working with true experts in the septic industry. Thank you, Alfredo and team, for your exceptional service and commitment to doing things the right way.
