If there is a mistake they do not at least try to help they just tell you, it's your problem. My husband also had a situation on his order and when trying to talk to staff he also encountered rude, and they were not paying attention to what he was saying. I hope that this is just a temporary issue for this location. Please ensure staff is educated when handling customers.

They packed it up, and I was on my way. When I returned to my office, they had put in the wrong order. They gave me fried pork chicks with rice, instead of the Mofongo. I called and they apologized and stated that they were sending the order over immediately. The order never showed up. I waited over 2 hours, and my office is only 20 to 25 minutes away. I called back, and they have no record of anyone coming or of the initial conversation. This is absolutely ridiculous and I had asked about the order, while I was there. They confirmed and still gave me the wrong order. I'm done...hangry and done. Go at your own risk / discretion.

We recently came for Father's Day, and even though Julio was celebrating as a father himself, he was working incredibly hard to make sure every guest had a great experience. You can really see how much heart and dedication he pours into his business. As expected on Father's Day, there was a bit of a wait, especially since we were a larger party, but none of us minded. To thank us for our patience, Julio generously brought out croquetas for the table on the house, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I can't recommend Trigo Café enough. The food is consistently excellent, the service is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels like home.
