I hope we could reality manage it. Pantelleria cuisine restaurant is definitely not a common thing you find in Rome. The menu is fish based with plenty types of pasta and main dishes. For the first course we tried ravioli, pasta with pantellerian pesto and pasta with shrimps and I can say everything was delicious. The second course was not so heavy as we were already plenty with starters and pasta, but we couldn't not to try tuna with sweet and sour sauce. IMHO it was oversalted but it is just a matter of taste, the quality was still good. Not my favorite type of sweets, too heavy. Everything came out quickly, and there were unique items displayed around the restaurant that you could try and buy, which made the experience even more fun. We were so full from the appetizer that we only ate about half of the gnocchi. The owner noticed and kindly refunded those dishes, saying we should not pay for something we barely touched.
