Happy to see the seats were updated/upgraded from the last time I visited years ago. The seats don't recline but they are more plush, more comfortable than before. We grabbed popcorn and pop from concessions. I've always heard good things about the popcorn. It was good. Concession prices aren't too wild. The bathrooms are smaller, 2 stalls and 1 was out of order for women. I do like that the theater is connected to a parking ramp via a hallway. As well as the restaurants in the area. You can grab dinner and walk over to the movies w/out stepping outside (esp. in the winter).

They also allow you to order food an drink for pick up, so you don't have to wait in the concession line if you are running late. You can buy specific seats online, and scan your tickets on the way in. There is always ample parking because it's part of the mall complex, so finding a spot isn't a worry. My biggest gripe is that the bathrooms often feel neglected, but I still pick this theater for my movie-going.

I would compare the place to Second City in Chicago, in terms of ambiance and atmosphere, and Second City doesn't always hit a home run either. Even if you purchase tickets online they want you to scan them in on the kiosk. Concessions seemed to be closing down as I got there. There were 2 employees just standing around. My movie was in screen 3 upstairs, I took the escalator up, but needed to use the bathroom before the movie started, which the sign said was upstairs. If you take the escalator up you have to go back down stairs to the bathroom - it's halfway between floors I guess. The upstairs is 'The Shining themed'. Very cool. When I walked into the theater I had to double check my ticket. It was so messy, popcorn all over the floor, under seats, on seats, left behind trash, just a mess. Looked like they hadn't cleaned all day or a few days.. that's crazy before it's only like 4 screens here. The seats are upgraded to heated recliners which is nice but I found that you really had to look up because the seats are on a slant vs risers. But super grateful for the comfortable seats.

I'm not sure if all the theaters here provide the same options/amenities as far as reclining seats, heated seats, etc. but it was so nice having a heated seat though I always bring my blanket just in case. I did buy some snacks at the counter (Buncha Crunch - my fav) and I was intrigued by their $7.75 special (small popcorn and drink) + $1 off a snack! Not a bad deal and it isn't just for kiddos! Their concession stand is clean and I like that they have a separate station for butter and salt that is near the counter as it seems to stay clean and stocked. We have never had a bad experience here and drive past our closest AMC to go to this one because we know we will have a consistent experience. The bathrooms are always clean as well. A huge plus!
