They treat the incidents that t have happened with my children as if there is nothing wrong going on. This however was not the case. I paid 12$ to be able to access the hills and the tow rope. Being her first time I knew she would not be using the tow rope quite yet. So she was on the hill and my experienced friend was also there giving her some tips. We had been in a spot for over an hour, then a staff person approached my daughter telling her she had to move because classes were using this hill. There were no signs posted saying the hill was reserved for classes nor were we told when purchasing a ticket. Not only this but the hills were ice, not groomed and not ideal for snowboarding. We ended up leaving shortly after this as there were no spots for my daughter to board. We will not be back.
