So it's a great location for the post office, right near the Restauradores metro stop. Then as soon as you walk in, the ticket machine is to the left and that's where to get a number to get called up to the booth. Unfortunately there is an extremely limited amount of seating and the wait was fairly long as it was Saturday during the Easter weekend. The post office lady was very nice and we had a nice chat, so overall despite the 20 min wait, giving then a 4-star rating! Yelp 196/ 2019

Customer service is so poor I can only assume this is deliberate corporate strategy. Website is also miserably poor. Phonecalls disconnect. cannot redirect packages, will not acknowledge communication. They should be ashamed, but being ashamed seems unlikely as they would have to care about their customers........ Pity I cannot give zero stars? We have to use Correos Express from Spain to routinely have such miserably poor service.

You will most likely be waiting here for ages. Parcels are never delivered to homes and their…read moresystem is so incredibly slow with too few staff for a proper service in a city. Worst in the world, if I look at the tracking on my parcel it always goes really quickly until it arrives in Portugal where CTT seem to hold it forever. They used to have more branches but they closed them down in order to make people wait longer. If you look on google waiting times most people are waiting for 25 minutes or more here (I have even had to wait over an hour in the past). It's like a Soviet queue to recieve post. I thought that the royal mail was bad, but these people make that positively shine.
