You will most likely be waiting here for ages. Parcels are never delivered to homes and their system is so incredibly slow with too few staff for a proper service in a city. Worst in the world, if I look at the tracking on my parcel it always goes really quickly until it arrives in Portugal where CTT seem to hold it forever. They used to have more branches but they closed them down in order to make people wait longer. If you look on google waiting times most people are waiting for 25 minutes or more here (I have even had to wait over an hour in the past). It's like a Soviet queue to recieve post. I thought that the royal mail was bad, but these people make that positively shine. read more
