I'd recommend this flexible LVN program, it is part time 2 theory classes and a 12 hour clinical each week for a total of around 18 months. It's a bit longer than most LVN programs but I would choose this option again if I needed too. You are able to work while studying, for me I was able to work 30 hours not full time, I started full time and quickly learned I personally would not be able to juggle both and still learn as much as I would like to. They have great clinical instructors with lots of experience and willing to help, they will be on you to learn and if you are falling behind, they will give you that extra one on one time during clinicals! Mrs. Rahimi, Ms. Vanessa, Mr. Faud were so great! Lastly during the end of my time at CCI they brought in a new instructor for theory that made all the difference, Dr Ayman was great! I'd compare his classes to a Mark K lecture, everything he taught was helpful, he would give mnemonics, study material, everything that helped us learn. He would make sure to be available for us should we need anything, he would do one on ones to make sure everyone was working on their weak areas and encouraged us to finish strong. At the end school is hard so make sure you are ready to stay the course both mentally and physically! You have to do the work and with this schedule it's honestly doable.

I made my first dovetail joint the first day of class and it came out so good that I wrote the date on it. Best of all, I made it by hand using hand tools (hand saw and chisels), not power tools. William's teaching style has you learning how to do woodworking with hand tools so that you can visualize your project in 3-D; then you will easily be able to do the same with power tools. You get a lot of one-on-one instruction, my class size was five students. You can come with questions about wood projects that you are doing outside of class. William is very helpful and willing to help. Yeah, it's a lot of money for a class. But you won't get this type of individualized instruction and low class size anywhere else from an instructor with the knowledge and accessibility of William. Let's face it, you get what you pay for and there's a lot of value to these classes.

I can say that I was abled to get the best educational experience because of my instructor Cabantug Noli. Mr. Noli guided me to come out my comfort zone and become the leader I am today. Mr. Noli set example for my peers and I, where we were encouraged to work with one another and elaborate on each other's skills. He created a safe space which allowed us to be ourselves and receive great knowledge on what it takes to be a CNA. I can truly say Mr. Noli is a distinctive instructor that brings not only his respect for students but his kind heart. Thank you NOCROP for allowing such a great instructor be a model for what this program stands for!
