Libby gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to keep, throw away, and give away. And she was then able to organize the space in the most useable way. We are so grateful for her work!!

Dismiss Clutter was able to come over, decide what were the most important areas of my apartment to focus on, and really help me sort through everything. She spares no expense of time or effort to make sure she does the job right! Together we pulled everything out of multiple closets and storage spaces, went through what I felt I needed, what I could donate, and what I was ready to part ways with. Then we reorganized everything in a way that just made sense. She was so professional, I never felt like she was judging me for all the things I had stashed away in my closets, or the things I wanted to hold on to. I found so many things I forgot that I even owned! Now I know where to find everything. Moreover, when I have something I need to put away, I now know exactly where to put it thanks to her recommendations and easy-to-follow organization. She has saved me time & energy looking for items I know I own, but can't quite remember where I placed them. Overall, I just feel better and more relaxed being able to look around and see how neat & organized everything is. I definitely recommend Dismiss Clutter to help you sort through all your belongings, organize everything, and get rid of what you don't need (she even takes all your items to donate/recycle herself!). I will certainly be using her services again.

Really great job by Rob and his team. They were friendly and efficient. He charged by the hour and…read morethey did not "milk" the clock or any of that stuff you hear about. They also kept communicating with me with what they were doing and wanted to make sure I was happy. They had blanked and everything to protect our items and furniture. Bonus points for moving a couch in my old house to the garage for the dumpster.

This wasn't a moving experience, this was an absolute SHAKEDOWN…read more If you're even considering TopTier Moving, ASK THEM WHO IS ACTUALLY SHOWING UP DAY-OF! If the answer is Move King, LLC....RUN. I got ripped off, big time. I was completely taken advantage of and my valuables showed up shattered beyond repair. To this day, they refuse to take accountability. I've moved over 15 times in my life. I've worked with reputable movers and shady ones, but NOTHING comes close to the absolute trainwreck that is TopTier Moving (a name so ironic it's almost offensive). They quoted me about $3,600 for my move. Reasonable. But when the movers actually showed up, Move King, LLC, TopTier's third-party vendor that they never warned me about, they immediately told me the job would cost me an additional $3,000. No discussion. No explanation. Just a bait-and-switch right at my front door. Let that sink in: before a single item was moved, I was already being held hostage for $3,000 more than I agreed to. And it only got worse from there. My TopTier "point of contact," who was really just the sales guy who convinced me they were a reputable company, ghosted me immediately after my initial payments were processed. He never once answered a call or email after I paid. Move King tacked on ridiculous charges like $300 because the hallway in my building was "too long." That's not a joke...they literally charged me by the foot to walk. Every step they took seemed to cost me more money. I ended up paying over $7,000, nearly double the original quote. And what did I get for it? A shattered ( and brand-new) $1,300 Google TV, broken in transit despite paying top dollar for boxes and "protective wrapping." So much for professional care. I had to take the time to write this because companies like this should be shut down. I've never experienced a company so unethical in my life and I hope this doesn't happen to you.

I literally watched…read morethem damage the wooden floor in one case by pushing a heavy piece of furniture across it. When I said something, the mover immediately stopped and apologized, recognizing that it was inappropriate. I have since reached out to Brandon, the owner of the company, by text message, left a voicemail on a couple occasions, and wrote through the website asking to address it with photographic evidence. It's been over a week and a half, and he is clearly ignoring me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB next and will continue to leave reviews until this company repairs the damage they caused. The sad part is that I thought the movers overall worked hard and did a good job in other respects. I realize that the damage came from being tired at the end of a long day, but the fact is that your movers caused it, and part of what I paid for in working with you is an insured company that would cover any damage to the premises.

You are likely to have no recourse if their actual moving company holds your goods hostage. They also changed the terms of the contract without telling me. But that's on me. They are the very definition of untrustworthy. I looked up their DOT listing and BBB. Looked good. They are actively bad agents. If you want to just give them your money for no reason, hire them. Otherwise, save your money. December 2024.
