The owner freely admitted spending the estate's money to repair her furnace and stated she would pay the estate as soon as possible. With the involvement of a lawyer and the police the money was finally received in full 4 months later. We discovered after the fact that there have been numerous complaints about this business, lawsuits and criminal behavior by the owner. Please beware!
