He gave me options and worked quickly to resolve my immediate needs and scheduled another appointment to resolve our broken Baldwin lock issues. i was having my front door painted and wanted a new lock set and handle put on. i brought a…read morepicture of my current lock to the PP store. the first guy showed me a few locks and told me to measure the lock and come back and ask for a certain guy. when i returned they told me the guy was no longer working there. a guy named david took my measurements and told me he would get back to me in a few days. in a week i never heard from him. i went back and they told me david was out and to just go to home depot and buy the lock i wanted since it would take too long to get a schlage lock and they would install it. very poor customer service. i bought the lock myself and installed it myself too.
